Akui and Rumi wake up early and do their work outs before moving on to a new subject.
"Today we're going to do movement training. First we'll learn about vaults and how to use them, then we are going to learn how to move around quickly using the vaults, after that you are going to learn how to scale a building in two different kind of ways, we will also be training you're jumps to make it easier to jump from building to building we will be using a technique where you use you're whole body for that and lastly we are going to do a parkour that has all those subjects and keep working on how to improve them." Rumi says while she takes Akui to a abandoned building that was half finished with construction making it a good place to train parkour and stuff like that.
She walks to a stone wall that wasn't to high it, it was about half Akui's length.
"So first of all we will be training vaults" Rumi said.
"Okay but what exactly are vaults?" Akui asked.
"They are techniques to move over objects or walls in a fast way and make it easy to hop over stuff while running after someone or away from someone. But we will only learn the basic vaults" Rumi said. "Now first of the first vault will be the speed vault, you do it like this." Rumi puts her left hand on the building and jumps using her hand to push her forward and hops over the wall. "Of course normally you would use this while running but that is the basic movement, now you try"
"Okay" Akui says while getting in a running position. He ran at the wall and put his left hand on the wall hoping over it using the exact same movements as Rumi. He landed at the opposite side and turned around to look at Rumi to see how he did.
"You did it wrong, when you land you are supposed to land on the front of you're feet to maximize the movement and immediately move forward to go as fast as possible. Now go again"
Akui nodded and used her advise landing on the front of his feet and using the momentum to run forward.
"Good now for the second one: The step vault" Rumi walks over to the wall and puts her left hand on the wall again. "This one is mostly the same the only thing that changes is that you put you're outside foot on the wall and you can't do the same foot as the arm you put on the wall like for me I use my left arm so I use my right foot and if I use my right arm I use my left foot. Then when you're foot is on the wall you use the other foot and swing it under the leg on the wall and hop over it that's all, now you do it"
Akui did the exact same movements doing it right on the first time.
"Now for the Kong what you do is you run up to the wall and jump while coming down you put you're hands on the wall and swing you're legs under you're body then you let go of the wall set you're feet on the ground and keep running. But remember to first set one foot down and then the other to make it easier on yourself"
"Okay so like this?" He asked doing the movements she described.
"Yes, now for the dash. For the dash what you do is run up to the wall and jump over it but stay low because after you jump over the wall you have to put you're hands on the wall behind you and push yourself of to keep you're momentum, and if you jump high and land on you're hands you will break you're wrists and you don't want that" Rumi explained.
"Okay" Akui jumped over the wall but went a little to high and landed on his hands hurting his wrists.
"I told you to stay low you idiot" Rumi said while walking to him. "Here" She said while sticking out her hand, he grabbed the hand and she helped him up. "Now let me see" she said pulling him closer. She inspected his hands while also feeling to see if he felt any pain. "There doesn't seem to be any problem but be careful" She said.
