COURT CASE.....

FIRST HEARING

Today is mid June... The day of first hearing in PUSHPA SINGH MURDER CASE.... Amid in scrunching heat... Advocate Karishma and Haseena are waiting for the announcement of their names is JAIPUR HIGH COURT.....

"Be ready to lose Ms. Mallik... I will take Ms. Sharma to the death bed" says Karishma while coming towards Haseena who was discussing some things with his assistant....

"Time will tell Ms. Singh.... Don't be greedy" said Haseena while extending her hand for a handshake.....

"Of course I am greedy.... Not for money but for justice" replied Karishma accepting the handshake and gave her a forceful smile....

"I want the same Ms. Singh by proving my client is innocent" says Haseena while wearing her black coat as it's time for their hearing.....

"Your client is a fucking murderer... And it's five minute work for me to prove her guilty.... Be careful " said Karishma and walked out of there....

Karishma and Haseena were standing in the court room waiting for the judge to come.... They all see him coming when Karishma and Haseena bow their heads in respect....

"Court proceedings may start" the judge ordered sitting on the chair and opened the case file....

"I want Ms. Sharma to come in the witness box, my honour" argues Karishma while Haseena sits on her seat to note down mistakes and find out the way of Karishma.....

"Permission granted " says the judge and tells Santosh to come in the witness box.....

Santosh came in a witness box with handcuffed hands.... The officer opens the handcuffs and tied his one hand with the wood of the box....

"Are you comfortable?" Asked Karishma while taking out some papers and handover it to the judge's associate.....

"Yeah I am" replies Santosh holding the box railings while gulping hard.....

"So why did you go to Singh's house" Karishma throws her first question and observes Santosh's expression which were somewhere gloomy.....

"I went for the medication" replied Santosh without any hesitation....

"At which time?" Asked Karishma again....

" Around 2:00-2:15" replies Santosh remembering the exact time.....

" Note it down my honour.... According to Ms. Sharma she went to the Singh's house between 2:00 to 2:30 which is somewhere same to the death time according to the postmartum reports...." Argued Karishma and handed postmartum reports to the judge's associate.... Blowing a strong point to the opposition.....

"I object my lord" says Haseena and gets up from here chair.... She goes to Karishma and stands in front of her.....

"Go ahead" said Judge writing down the points....

"Time line is same didn't mean Ms. Sharma murdered Ms. Singh..... It doesn't prove anything" argues Haseena to the Karishma.....

"Have some patience Ms. Mallik.. I am coming to the points" says Karishma and takes a packet from the evidence table.....

"Do you know this Ms. Sharma" asked Karishma showing a pendant to the Santosh.....

" Yeah! It's mine" replies santu taking a glance at the pendant.....

" Note it My honour.... This is Santosh's pendant found at murder place"..... Argued Karishma and handed it to Judge's associate who was passing all evidences to the judge....

Haseena was silently hearing all the things knowing things are more difficult then they seem to be.... She takes out her file and starts reading them again.....

" One last question Ms. Sharma.... Which medication are you taking?" Asked Karishma while she takes out some medical documents.....

" I was diagnosed from split personality disorder.... I needed emotional support as it highly effected my mental health... Pushpa ji helped me in that" replied Santosh when her eyes gets teary.... She looks at Haseena who gestures her to be calm......

" Again note it my honour she was diagnosing from split personality disorder " says Karishma and handed over medical reports to Judge's associate.....

"Can you brief me about this disorder" asked Karishma while checking the time..... She only have half an hour left to prove her guilty...

Santosh nods her head and tells.....

"It's a mental disorder in which a person lives two life.. which are completely different from each other... Most of the time it's unknown to the self.... A person forgets everything of his second personality.... In short person Don't know what he/she did in his second personality"......

Karishma nods her head in understanding and looks at Haseena.....

" Do you have any arguments left Ms. Mallik" said Karishma taunting Haseena....

Haseena smiles at Karishma and comes to Santosh....

" You were diagnosing or diagnosed?" Asked Haseena.....

" Diagnosed" replied Santosh.... A smile crept on Haseena's face and she turned to Karishma....

"Do you get that? She was diagnosed means she was perfectly all right that day... She just went for emotional support "... Argued Karishma and took out some mobile reports....

" According to mobile location... Santosh was just for 5 minutes at Singh's house.... " Argues Haseena and gave report to the judge's associate.....

"But according to police reports... Murderer was at house for atleast half hour.... He had plenty of time to clear all the things and proofs" says Haseena giving a strong comeback.... Karishma nods her head and takes the copy....

"And the way Ms. Singh was stabbed... It is clearly evident that she didn't tried to save herself... Means a known person killed her" stated Haseena and winks at Karishma while turning the tables.....

"Hearing the both sides.... The date is extended to the last Friday of this month.... The court is adjourned for the day" said Judge and left the court room while Santosh was taken back by the police.....

"Fought well Ms. Mallik... Next hearing is gonna be last " says Karishma while annoyance was clearly visible on her face... Amar comes from the sitting audience and keeps his hand on her shoulder....

" We'll see Ms. Singh... Hold your seat belts.... I am gonna give you infinite blows" replies Haseena with a smile and left from there.....
