COURT CASE.....

HER FEELINGS

Haseena was sitting on the couch reading the files when Karishma entered the house completely drenched.... Her body seemed exhausted while her eyes were turning red..... Karishma looks at Haseena who still hasn't noticed her presence.... she smiles painfully and leaves for her room....

She comes back to the hall changing in a T-shirt and jeans with a suit bag in her hand ..... Haseena raised her head from the files for the first time in 2 hours.... She noticed Karishma standing there with a bag in her hand.... It wasn't difficult for her to guess that Karishma has decided to leave her ..... she felt her heart beat raising rapidly when a nervousness grow in her..... She don't want Karishma to leave.... But she herself don't want Karishma to get attached with herself.... It was a conflict of heart and mind.... And to escape it.... She burried herself in the files in a hope to ignore this topic....

"Haseena?" Said Karishma in a low and guilty tone.... Haseena gets up from the couch and comes to Karishma.... "See I doesn't wanted you to be uncomfortable.... Please forgive me... I shouldn't have confessed that.... But please try to understand me.... I trust you... All from the bottom of my heart.... I can be a little selfish... But I don't want to feel something for the person who is not gonna reciprocate my feelings.." said Karishma in a try to make Haseena understand... To normalise the bond between them..... She know her feelings... But absolutely don't want them to grow... At the end love is the second name of getting hurt....

"And you decided it by yourself that I am not gonna reciprocate them? " Spoke Haseena for the first time after the moment between them.... Amar entered the house and looked at both of the advocates who seemed to lost in the moment.... He quietly smiles at them and left for his room leaving both the ladies alone again.....

"No, I didn't Haseena..... Please try to understand.... I am scared.... I don't want to get hurt again.... I am tired of this.... I will not be able to handle that again.... Haseena, I can't make the mistake of falling in one sided love " said Karishma being brutally honest not knowing her every word is piercing Haseena's heart....

"Love?" Said Haseena chuckling to herself.... "Yes love.... See Haseena.... I don't want to keep you in dark... I am not that person who will pleases other by telling lies.... I am gonna honest with you.... " Said Karishma again in a try.... She grabs Haseena's hand and takes her to the room..... She makes Haseena sit on the bed and herself settled on the floor on her knees sandwiching Haseena's hand in hers.....

"Haseena... You know me... You know my past.. and you also know how much I loved pushpa maa..... She was the only light in my life.... And when she left me.... I was all alone again.... My life turned dark when you entered..... And you again made me alive.... You are a spark of my life... I respect you a lot... I trust you... I even can say that I love you already.... But can you say this?" Asked Karishma... While heart started feeling heavy and eyes starts getting wet because of the overwhelming pool of emotions she was feeling.... she wanted Haseena in her life .. but she also don't want to get hurt ... She don't want to force Haseena either....

Karishma waits for the Haseena response and as expected... Haseena was sitting quietly staring the ground.... It was difficult to understand her emotions... "No, Right? You can't say same because you don't have those feeling .... Haseena I am falling for you ..... And before I can't live without you... I have to live without you ..... I can't afford to get broken again...." said Karishma while her long back tears started rolling her eyes.... She wipes them from the back of her hand .....

"What about our friendship?? " Asked Haseena with a trembling voice..... Her hands were shivering out of anxiety.... She expected Karishma to be in her life....for... Forever..... How can she afford to lose her at this soon.... No...

"I don't know Haseena.... I really don't know... But I promise you... I promise.... I will always be your side.... Whenever wherever you need me.... I will be there as a friend to protect you... To support you ..... It's just that we won't be able to spend the time together" said Karishma with a small smile filled with utter pain, longingness , sorrow, love and guilt with what not..... She takes Haseena's hand and bends to kiss it.... She looks at the Haseena and asked "may I?" In a low tone.... Haseena nodded a head when Karishma placed her lips on Haseena's back hand.... She kissed on Haseena's hand lovingly and got up from the floor.....

She turns the room to leave when Haseena hugs her from back.... Karishma closes her eyes when a lone tear escaped from her left eye depicting immense love and pain..... "Please don't leave " whispered Haseena when her eyes started getting wet.... "I don't know when I got habitual to you... Don't leave me all of sudden please ... " Whispered Haseena when her breath got hitched.... Karishma holds Haseena's hand that was on her waist ... She slowly turns toward Haseena and cupped her face .....

"I have to Haseena .... I have to.... For you .. for me.... I know it will be painful.... But it will be more painful later.... " Said Karishma wiping Haseena's tears with her thumbs in a try to make her understand.....

"Just one night" asked Haseena making a eye contact with Karishma .... "Please stay with me for one night .... You can leave in the morning... I will not stop you.... Just gift me one night " said Haseena in a hollow voice in a hope.... Karishma nodded her head with a smile and hugged Haseena caressing Her back to make her calm.....

Haseena hugged Karishma back with a little smile.... Both feeling each other's rapid heart beat in silence.... Feeling security and contemptness....
