FIFTH HEARING!!

Finally it is the day of Hearing... Haseena and Karishma both didn't talk with each other in the past 24 hours.... Haseena has realised her feelings and is eager to surprise Karishma... meanwhile Karishma is anxious and restless because of her increasing love and planning to move out....

Haseena was in her room getting ready wearing white shirt paired with black pants along with the coat.... She added her black watch in the left hand before joining her hands and closing her eyes...

"please help me to bring justice and walk on the righteous path... I know I am defying my job but I also can't let an innocent suffer like this... please  God bless me and Karishma .... And give me strength to confess my love..."

Mumbled Haseena praying to God before taking her bag heading out of the house....

Karishma stopped her car in front of the car in her usual attire when her eyes fall on Haseena who had an different aura and glow today... She smiled a little and moved to Haseena after collecting her files from the back seat...

"How are you?" Asked Karishma while standing behind the Haseena who was engrossed in a deep conversation with her PA.... Haseena startled on the sudden voice when she noticed chuckling standing behind her....

She smiled at her love who was looking very cute today... She wanted to pull her cheeks very tightly but she controlled herself when Karishma snapped her fingers in front of her taking her out of the trance...

Haseena nodded her head in disbelief and moved inside the court followed by Karishma....

Haseena and Karishma both were on their places when the judge entered.. they both bowed in respect when the judge asked them to start the hearing....

Karishma was standing in accused box as she was in police custody while Haseena was ready to expose the criminal.....

"My lord I want to ask some questions to Ms. Singh" said Haseena before moving to Karishma and stood in front of her....

"So Ms. Singh why you murdered your own aunt... Who raised you from childhood, who gave you all the love you deserved? " Asked Haseena with a firm voice... It was difficult for her to allege karishma... But she can't also help her directly in the court... She have to be against her and with her at the same time... And her one mistake can end both hers and Karishma's career....

"I didn't murdered pushpa maa... Even I was not in the city when she was murdered... I object to your honour" said Karishma loudly tensing the court environment....

"For your kind information.. I was in the flight Ms. Mallik... It's impossible for me to murder her... I can't be at two places at the same time " said Karishma before taking out some tickets from her pocket.... She handed them to Haseena which shocked her... Haseena handed the same to the judge's associate......

"Then how did your hair was found at crime place Ms. Singh?" Alleged Haseena again.... Karishma takes a deep breath while her grip on the box railings tighten....

"Ms. Mallik that was found on the investigation day... And it must happened on the same day or after I landed and went home... A single hair doesn't prove me guilty" said Karishma with a loud and firm voice... Haseena gives a smile to the Karishma which was reciprocated well by Karishma....

"So why did you hugged Ms. Rastogi that day?" Asked Haseena the last and final question....

"Ms. Rastogi is our neighbour from more than 20 years... I have a really good bond with her...  She raised me alongside pushpa maa and that's the sole reason I went to meet her " said Karishma clearing all the doubts and allegations on her.... She looked at Haseena who gave her a proud smile and then at judge who was observing everything...
