CHAPTER 6

After checking Jaanvi I went out for sometime as she was still sleeping.

After almost half an hour....

Jaanvi
I woke up feeling a bit better now... I got up from bed and combed my hair nicely, I went downstairs and saw mom n Nitesh were sitting n talking they both stopped talking as they saw me both were looking at me with utmost concern honestly it was shocking to see Nitesh so concerned but I really liked it, this side of him is just perfect ☺️🤍

They both got up n came to me

Mom touched my forehead and checked my temperature.

"Jaanvi beta how are you feeling now?" Mom asked me with concern.

"I'm feeling much n much better now mumma. You don't worry please!" I replied to her calmly.

"Acha chal fir aa baith humare saath" mom said to which I nodded in no

"Mumma dinner bhi banana h na" I said to her.

"Beta Megha will manage today you're not well. When you'll be totally fine I will let u do whatever u want to but not today you have to listen to me. Okay understood?" Mom said and I nodded positively understanding her concern also.

She smiled n patted my head then I sat with mom n Nitesh.

"Mom main study mein hu thoda kaam hai" Nitesh said to mom n left from there.

"Areee Nitesh huff yeh bhi na chal tu baith main kitchen me thoda dekh ke aati hu" mom said to me

"Mom I'm going to the garden I want some fresh air" I said to mom and she nodded then went to the kitchen and I went to the garden

I sat there closing my eyes.

Things which were going in my mind- Janviiii calm down why are u overthinking? Niteshhh kyu krta h yr aisa? I'm feeling like I'm some use n throw material? Like everyone comes n uses me?? Jaanvi tu yeh thi? Ek achi aur perfect daughter in law,wife,sister in law banne ke chakkar mein maine khud ko hi kahi kho Diya hai yrr. Main yeh jaanvi nhi thi main woh Jaanvi thi jo din bhar bakwas krti thi immature, irresponsible thi but look at me now? Iss ghar mein main itni kyu badal gyi? I've changed myself for this family why? I really miss the old happy me.

Nitesh ya uski family buri nhi hai bohot ache hai sb but somewhere I want that attention that love from everyone which I'm not getting like I'm getting their love but jo main chahti hu expect krti hu woh nhi hota aur kisi aur ko kya hi bolu even I can't expect from my husband Also jo main chahti hu waisa nhi hota khair I think I should leave all this....

(She had tears in her eyes while thinking about all this. She quickly wiped her tears before anyone could notice that and went to her room. But unaware Jaanvi got spotted there by someone.... Someone was there looking at her n trying to understand what's going on in her head.)

Megha came back from work.

Megha's point of view:

I came back from work n directly went to my room because kisi se milti toh koi na koi kaam hi mil jata n I'm seriously hell tired.

I changed into some comfortable pair of clothes n sat with Kartik.

"Hiii baby how was ur day?" Kartik asked me

I smiled at him n said-"it was really good but hell tiring yrr"

"Koi baat nhi baby chal ab rest krle mom aur Chachi ne already dinner bana diya hai" he said.

I felt relieved but I frowned too- "chachi aur mom ne kyu? Where is bhabhi? Even in the morning she wasn't there."

"She's not fine baba that's why she's resting in her room and mom strictly told her not to do anything n take proper rest" he told me.

I nodded n said- ohhh okay. U sit I am coming.

"Aree but where are you going.??" He asked me.

"I'm coming baba just going to see bhabhi once" I told him to which he nodded and I went to bhabhi.

I went to her room n knocked

"Come in" bhabhi said from inside and I went inside

"Ohh Megha come na sit" she said.

I nodded n sat in front of her.

"How're you bhabhi?" I asked her.

"Better now" she replied but still her face was looking pale, she wasn't looking happy as usual!

The smile she's having now is not her real smile because that's something else.

"Oh okay nice aapko kuch chahiye ho toh batana mujhe! okay?!" I said to her to which she nodded in yes.

"Hm chalo main jaati hu u take rest" I said n went back to my room.
