CHAPTER 5

After some time
It was already lunch time by now
.
Jaanvi's POV:

I woke up n saw it was 2 already so I took my clothes n went to the rest room.

After 20-25 mins almost i was done I took a shower n wore a simple baby pink coloured kurti without any make-up as I was feeling so tired already.
I thought to go downstairs but my head started spinning badly.... I held my head and sat on the couch.
I was trying to look here n there but I was unable to as my vision was blur it was getting darker then I closed my eyes tightly n started taking deep breaths to calm myself, finally I calmed down a bit I opened my eyes slowly n took the glass of water kept in the table which was in front of me so I took a sip n calmed myself down completely.

I went downstairs n saw mom was sitting in the hall.

"Good afternoon Mumma" I said to her to which she nodded smilingly.

"Good afternoon beta come sit here" she said then I went n sat beside her.

"Ab kaisi hai tabiyat?" She asked me being concerned about me.

"Abhi theek hu mumma" I replied with a faint smile.

"Beta I'm a mother ik mere bache kab kaise hai samjhi" she said this before I could reply she touched my forehead to check the fever.

"Beta you've high fever and you are saying you're fine are u serious jaanvi? U go to ur room I'm calling the doctor"

"But Mumma" & before I could denyy she glared at me so I simply nodded and went to my room.

After some time
Our family doctor came

He checked me.

"Doctor how's she?" Mom asked doctor quickly.

"She's having high fever and weakness I'm giving medicines make sure she takes those on time, take healthy meals and proper rest for 2-3 days till she gets totally fine." Doctor replied after writing some medicines name on the paper n handed it to mom.

"Okay thank you doctor." Mom said genuinely then dr left.

"Ab rest kr chup chap Saanchi bring lunch for her n send driver to bring these medicines." She ordered Chachi to which she nodded and went.

After a few minutes Chachi came with a tray in her hand Which was full of food.

She kept it on the side table while I sat straight.

"Eat now n finish this whole samjhi?" Mom said to me keeping the food tray in front of me , I nodded at her and then she left.

I had a bit n kept the tray on the side table again n slept.

Evening time
The boys came back from work...

M- come sit.

N- haa mom btw how's Jaanvi now?

M- she's fine now I called the dr in the afternoon and the dr advised (she told everything whatever the doctor said.)

N okay mom I'll take care of her dw.

After some chit chat...
Nitesh said, "main aata hu change krke!"

Mom nodded at him and he went to his room

Nitesh's pov...

I came back from the office pretty tired I really needed a cup of coffee made by Jaanvi ☕. Actually her hand made coffee is just something else I really love that it's like an instant headache relief for me but today I couldn't ask for coffee as she's not well.
I sat with mom for some time n she told me about the day she had today, also told me whatever the doctor said for Jaanvi I'll take care of her now.
She really does so much for my family from morning to night she used to be busy with household chores, taking care of everyone at home and what not seriously.

I went to my room n saw her still sleeping, i went near her and saw her pale face. She was undoubtedly looking too weak, I caressed her head n went to change

After changing I came back n checked Jaanvi well her fever was a bit low now as compared to the morning which was good.
