Draco kissed Harry softly, "see you at lunch love," he said as he walked through the common room. He had a meeting with McGonagall he needed to attend. Pansy scoffed as Draco exited, turning to Harry. "Still not official?!" She mocked the boy, rolling her eyes.

"Pansy, will you relax, give the boys their space. It will happen when it happens," Blaise said, with a subtle eye roll. He had to admit he was over Pansy and Hermione trying to micromanage Draco and Harry's love life.

"I'm planning on asking him soon, I just don't want to rush it. You and Hermione never really spoke before the war. Sure you had your moments but for the most part there wasn't much damage to repair..

and Blaise and Ron never spoke, besides the fire incident so they had nothing to repair. Me and Draco have nearly eight years of damage to repair, it's just different," Harry said casually, getting up to go to his dorm.

"I'm skipping classes today because I feel like it," he called out, ignoring Hermione's protest. "Way to go Pansy, you upset him," Blaise sneered, pulling Ron up. "We're going to class."

"Don't worry about it love, you're a very strongly opinionated woman. They just can't handle that in their little man brains," Hermione said softly, kissing Pansy's cheek. Pansy smiled sweetly, "I know darling. I do get their point though. I should back off, if I mess this up for Draco he will have my head."

Pansy shook her head at the thought. When they'd first been forced upon each other by their parents Pansy never thought she'd truly care for Draco as much as she does. He meant everything to her in a way that was very much platonic love. He was her best friend, and she couldn't imagine losing him.

"Don't think too much about it, Pans, it'll be alright. Let's go before we're late," Hermione pulled her girlfriend up, kissing her once more. Then they headed for class.

Harry was in his dorm, wearing his invisibility cloak. He wasn't planning on using it for anything, but he loved wearing it when he was yearning for his parents. He wished nothing more than to be with them in times like this.

After the war they'd gone back to the forest to find the resurrection stone. He always went back and forth in using it, but figured he'd only use it in times where he absolutely needed to. His cloak was close enough to keep him stable.

Harry thought about a lot in the few hours he was alone. About Draco, and his parents, about Teddy, and Sirius and Remus. He missed them all dearly, and it sent him into a spiral of emotions.

When Draco returned to Harry's dorm, he only knew Harry was in there by the foot sticking out of the cloak. He walked over slowly removing the cloak. His heart broke at the sight.

Harry was curled up, snoring softly, his cheeks were red, and his eyes were puffy and swollen from crying. Draco decided lunch wasn't all that important, he laid down gently next to Harry and brought the boy to his chest. Kissing his forehead, he allowed himself to sleep alongside Harry.

When Harry woke up, it was to the movement of another. He froze for a second, before realizing who the movement belonged to. "Hey darling," Draco said softly, looking down into green eyes.

"I'm sorry I fell asleep.." Harry replied back very quietly, Draco frowned at how distant he was. "It's alright Harry, no need to apologize you were very clearly exhausted," Harry nodded, not saying much.

"Do you wish to talk about it my love?" Draco asked, running his fingers through Harry's hair. He wasn't going to force communication, but he wanted Harry to know he could talk to him.

"Just too much thinking. I'm alright." Draco sighed, but chose to let it go, he didn't need to force Harry to speak until he was ready to. He wanted Harry to trust him more the next time something was wrong.
