Chapter Five

"You ready love?" Bucky asked, coming in the room and jumping on the bed as I finish up getting ready

"Almost! What's this all about?"

"It's a surprise" he winks

After I am all done getting ready, he takes me outside to his motorcycle and help me on. As we start going, I put my hands up, I have never felt this happy or so free in my entire life.

We pull up to a little beach and stop.

"This is beautiful" I tell him, even though I'm sure he already knows

I watch as he lays a blanket down on the sand, then pulling me down next to him.

He puts him arm around me, pulling me closer, "It's time I took you on a proper date" he kisses the top of my head

He reaches into his backpack, pulling something out

"Here you go doll" he handed me my favorite ice cream

"You remembered!" I quickly kissed him and started eating the ice cream

"I always keep my promises" he said

"You even got my favorite flavor!"

"I know you love" he chuckled lightly

We are walking along the beach, holding hands, until I shove Bucky into the water

He got up from the water, hair dripping wet, "You asked for it, doll!"

I scream as he scoops me up in his arms and throws me into the water

"Now I'm all wet!" I exclaim, laying back down on the blanket

"I really needed this Buck. Thank you" I told him

He smiled, "You earned it"

I curl up into his side, enjoying the safe feeling I have with him.

"I love you Y/n, so so much" he kisses me lovingly

Eventually, we had both fallen asleep on the beach. 

Until Bucky gets a phone call "Hello?" he answers

"What!!!" he yells  "We are on our way"

"What happened Buck?" I asked, but he just pulled me onto the motorcycle without a word.

I hear tires screech, then a flash of light.

Next think I know, I am waking up on the ground, bleeding

I hear Bucky's voice "We are surrounded, don't move"

"Buck! What's going on!"

I then look over and see soldiers filing out of a van

"It's Hydra. Don't resist or they will hurt you"

"Bucky!" I scream as I watch him get taken down

"I love you. Never for get that" He told me as the soldier grabbed him by his shirt collar.

I start crying, "I love you too, Buck"

All of the sudden, I feel a sharp pain in my temple just before everything goes black.

Some time later

I slowly wake up to realized that I am strapped to a chair, with Bucky across from me the same way.

"Buck?" I ask "Are you okay? What happened?"

"Steve called, the compound got attacked" he said

I looked at him in disbelief, "They want their property back" I whisper

"I can't say I'm surprised" he said "We're trapped"

I hear him move and sit down against the walls that are separating our cells.

"I know you're asleep, and" he said, I sat against the same wall and use my super soldier hearing to listen to his heart, "Can't understand me but, I want you to know how much you mean to me. And how much I love you, and how important you are. How perfect you are. I don't deserve you" I heard him crying just has a Hydra agent comes into the room and straps me to a table.

"Do it now! Or I will soldier!" I heard him say

"Please don't make me do this" Bucky's voice sounded

"It's okay, Buck. I need it to be you. Please" My voice shakes

"I can't. I promised you I would never hurt you"

"If you don't, they will." I plead "Please, Buck. Please"

"No" he says and I grab his hand to guide it down my skin. As it burns, I scream

"Forgive me, love." Bucky says as he drives it further into my skin and my screams echo off the stone walls.

"Good, now carry her back to her cell" the Hydra agent orders

Bucky picks me up and gently lays me back down to mt bed in the cell.

I look down at the brand now burned into my chest. I am officially Hydra property.

 "Never ask me to do that again." Bucky's voice shakes "I can't- I can't. Please"

"I'm so sorry, Buck. But it needed to be you, not some soldier I don't know."

"They knew it would hurt me as much as you. I can't keep doing this"

I pull him into my arms and he starts to sob, his body shaking.

"We will get out of here, I promise. Just hold on" I said "Hold on, love"

3 Months later

Steve's P.O.V.

Breaking news: It's just in, another attack from Team Winter Soldier. Ten dead and five injured

"We have to do something" I exclaimed, hearing the news about my best friend "We can't just let this happen"

"Well do you have a plan?" Nat asked

"Stop them. At all costs"

"And what if they won't stop" Wanda asks, a look of worry and concern on her face

Thor nods, agreeing with her when Vision speaks up, "Then we do what must be done. No matter who it hurts"

"We can't hurt them" Peter states "I won't"

Loki hits the wall, "You are all fools to let this happen"

Peter now has tears in his eyes "We have to bring them in alive. Please"

Nat, now crying as well, puts her head in her hands "Please, I can't lose Y/n"

Y/n's P.O.V.

I load another clip into my gun and turn to Bucky "You ready, love?" he asks

"Good to go, Buck" I stand and hold up my weapon

"Let's go"
