Bowser, Peach, and the Koopalings were having dinner together at the massive long dining table. The servants served out all the food and drinks on the table. After a while, Zoey puts her knife and fork down on her plate.

"I'm finished!" Says Zoey.

"Zoey, you've not ate enough! Please eat some more food!" Says Peach.

"But I don't want any more! I'm full!" Zoey protests.

"You have to eat more! Aslo I heard about your grades at school! There terrible!" Peach tells her.

"That's not my fault if I struggle!" Zoey exclaims.

"You just Need to try harder next time sweetheart!" Bowser says.

Zoey bites her lip. She doesn't like arguing with her parents, but sometimes her mother really upsets her. She doesn't say anything. She cathes her older brother Ludwig looking at her, but she doesn't meet his gaze and he says nothing too.

"So, are you gonna try and get more good grades?" Peach asks.

Zoey shrugged her shoulders. "Suppose!" She murmers.

"That's the wrong reason! The answer should be yes!" Peach says angrily.

"Leave me alone!" Zoey yells.

"I won't be spoke to like that!" Peach shouts, glaring at Zoey.

Zoey got up and ran from the table, tears filling her eyes. As she did, she heard Bowser say: "don't be so hard on her, Peach, she's only 11!"

Zoey felt better knowing her father had stuck up for her, but she was still crying. She went to her room and lay down on her bed, crying.

Soon later, there was a knock at Zoeys door.

"Who is it?" Says Zoey, still crying.

"Its me, your brother, Ludwig! Can I come in?" Ludwig asks.

"Yes!" Zoey replies.

Ludwig comes in and immediately he hugs his little sister tight, comforting her. "Its OK, little sis, she didn't mean to yell at you!"

"I know!" Zoey sniffles. "But it still hurt you know?"

"Yeah, I know!" Ludwig sighs. He kept hugging her. "Please don't cry, little sis!" He adds, wiping her tears away.

Zoey felt better. She could always count on Ludwig to cheer her up.

"Thanks Ludwig!"

"No problem, Zo, anything for you!" He kept hugging her, stroking her blonde hair gently.

Zoey smiled at him. "Love you Luddy!"

"I love you too sis!" Ludwig smiled.

He kept hugging Zoey and soon Zoey began to feel drowsy and tired. She fell asleep still in Ludwigs arms, feeling sure that her mother would apologise the next day, as she always did.
