jesusnavas: please?

woodyinhoe: i'm busy right now

jesusnavas: with what?

woodyinhoe: uh work

jesusnavas: it's sunday

woodyinhoe: the coffee shoppe is open everyday

jesusnavas: clari this will only talk like five minutes

woodyinhoe: jesus i can't

jesusnavas: are you hiding something from me?

woodyinhoe: no of course not

jesusnavas: well then let me call you

woodyinhoe: okay..... .

clarissa put her phone away from her ear and placed it on her lap. her hands were shaking and they were sweating like crazy. clarissa wiped the stray tears away from her eyes and sniffled a bit.

the truth was, clarissa got fired from her job awhile ago and she was crying nonstop. she couldn't find a new job because she knew that they wouldn't accept someone who doesn't have a college degree and a high school diploma. the coffee shoppe she worked in happened to be her friend's and her friend gave her the job out of pity.

clarissa didn't know why she was fired but she didn't want to argue. she didn't want to cause a scene so she decided that it was best for her to leave.

she didn't want jesus to hear her all sad because he knew he'd ask her what's wrong and she didn't want to explain herself (it was that or jesus would just laugh at her).

her phone finally rang and it displayed jesus's contact number. she sighed before picking it up to answer it.

"hello?" she croaked. her voice sounded weak and it was obvious that she had cried. she face palmed and hoped that jesus wouldn't ask about it.

"is everything alright, princess?" clarissa managed to giggle despite the bad happenings that had happened awhile ago.

"yeah, i guess you can say that." jesus groaned which made clarissa furrow her eyebrows. what is he doing?

"clari, i know you're lying to me."

"psh, yeah right!" clarissa said in the most sarcastic way she can. it was silent for quite some time and clarissa figured that jesus was giving her the silent treatment so she would give the truth away.

"fine, you're right."

"what happened?" he asked her. clarissa didn't know if jesus was concerned or he was just pitying her. everyone pitied clarissa and she wouldn't be surprised if a certain spanish football player would pity her too.

"is it about your job?" jesus asked. clarissa stayed silent which made jesus sigh. "i told you princesa, let me help you."

clarissa pondered for awhile before giving him her answer. clarissa didn't need help from jesus but it would be nice to get some help. finding a job that employs someone who has no diploma or degree would be hard because all companies require that. it wasn't clarissa's fault that she dropped out of high school, she had no more money left and the jobs were taking up her space.

"it's fine, i still have some money left." clarissa wasn't lying this time, but the money she had would be gone soon because she still had to pay her monthly rent and the rent was almost equivalent to her salary.

"por favor hermosa, let me help you." clarissa sighed before finally giving in.

"alright, but just help me find a job." clarissa stood up and headed straight for her bedroom, she decided to call it a day.

"sure, anything for you mi princesa."

it's almost school for me so it means i won't be updating everyday :/
