School holiday was ending. Ivan and Cedric decided that they wanted to go to Diagon Alley to get school supplies since they're entering their sixth year. Ivan and Cedric were making their way to the book store that's bustling with people who are attending a book signing from Gilderoy Lockhart who was supposedly a very ' good wizard '.

" did you know he's going to be our new defence against the dark arts professor " Cedric whispered to Ivan who looked back at Cedric bewildered. Cedric just shrugged and went back looking through the shelves , Ivan saw how Harry practically got dragged by Lockhart to get his picture taken. Ivan sighed and looked at the boy with pity " him the new defence against the dark arts professor...how lame.." he scoffed , he then sees Draco Malfoy taunting Harry alongside Ron , Hermione and a girl he hasn't met.

He walked up to Malfoy " mind stepping aside.." Malfoy turned around surprise to see Ivan standing behind him.

The boy stepped aside and Ivan smiled walking past him. Harry called out Ivan's name with a smile " Ivan! didn't know you'd be here..are you here alone? " Harry's irritation towards Malfoy was gone and was replaced with joy. Ivan shook his head " I'm here with Cedric..he's still looking for books and I wanted to say hi..also hi Draco " Ivan turned and waved at Draco before turning to Harry again , he then waved to Ron and Hermione before looking to the little girl " I'm assuming this girl is your sister Ron " Ivan smiled softly.

Ron nodded with enthusiasm " mhm she's my little sister and will be attending Hogwarts this year " the red headed girl looked shy as she glanced to Ivan.  Ivan also greeted Mr. Weasley and he saw him standing near the door " ah Ivan it's a pleasure to meet you " "Like wise Mr. Weasley". When Ivan turned around he was faced with Lucius Malfoy who was wearing a smile. " ah.. Ivan Vervain..I remember you " Ivan heard Lucius muttered , he looked at the man curiously " you know me..Mr. Malfoy? " " you resemble both of your parents.." the man says as he held out his hand for a handshake. Ivan hesitantly shook his hand before excusing himself from the group and walked over to Cedric who was waiting for him , " judging by your face I'm assuming it didn't went well? " Ivan shook his head " It was ok..just weird " he shivered slightly.

Cedric just smiled softly and ruffled his hair. " let's just get going.." Ivan just nodded and they left the store. 

After completing their list of things to buy the arrived back at home , They've finished up with packing their things. Ivan looked at Cedric " so..now what.." Cedric smiled to himself before turning to Ivan " if you want to..we can go and fly around the..our last thing to do before going back to Hogwarts " Cedric stood up and offered his hand to Ivan. Ivan smiled and took Cedric's hands as they walked down the stairs together , letting Cedric take his broomstick before walking out the house. Cedric got on his broom and help Ivan getting on , Ivan wrapped his arms around Cedric holding him tight as they levitated off the ground and soared through the sky. It was like the time when Cedric convinced Ivan to join him and fly around the school , but now it's just sunny rather than snowing.

Ivan smiled as he sees the view from above.

" It might not look as pretty as it was back in Hogwarts.. " Cedric muttered " It's still a nice view either way " Ivan smiled as his grip on Cedric tightened. 

Soon later their little trip ended , tomorrow was the day they're going back to Hogwarts Ivan was happy that he could meet his friends again. Cedric and Him ended calling it a night earlier than usual. The next day Amos dropped them off on the station hugging Cedric and bid his goodbyes " Now take care my boys stay safe.. " Ivan smiled and nodded as Amos ruffled his hair for the last time. Ivan and Cedric made their way through the station , once they arrived Ivan sees Alistair leaning on the wall nearby he waved to Alistair as they made eye contact " did you really have to wave to him.." Cedric huffed out in jealousy " Cedric.." Ivan pouted slightly. Cedric sighed looking away as Alistair stood in front of him and Ivan , Alistair took Ivan's hand into his and pecked it making Ivan chuckle " I see that you haven't throw away this habit " " never " Alistair smirked making Cedric rolled his eyes.

Ivan observed the two seeing how tall both of Cedric and Alistair has gotten while Ivan was still 5'7. Alistair then stared at Cedric " well..aren't you going to greet me like my sweet Ivan here.." he taunted , Cedric clenched his jaw as he hears Alistair calls his Ivan ' my sweet Ivan ' " I don't have anything to say unless you greet me first " Cedric smirked. Ivan sensed the tension between the two and clapped his hands "uhm..why don't we just board the train.." Cedric and Alistair looked Ivan.

" yeah we should " " if that's what you want " they then looked at each other irritated , Ivan rolled his and walked past them knowing both of them will follow him afterward. The three of them settled in an empty cabin Cedric and Alistair was about to argue again but Ivan cuts them off , " why don't you two sit together " Ivan smiled and sat down . Alistair and Cedric sat down in front of Ivan without arguing him , glaring at each other and looked away scoffing. Ivan looked at them unimpressed but was amused and chuckled to himself ' acting so childish..how adorable '. As the train's horn blew signaling their departure Ivan could see how students were waving to their family making him smile , without Ivan noticing Alistair and Cedric both were staring at Ivan admiring his beauty. Alistair then broke the silence " any interesting stories Ivan..seeing that you spent the whole summer with Diggory here " Ivan perked up to the question and smiled brightly " oh yes i certainly do since I might have forgotten some details while writing to you " , Alistair smirked while looking at Cedric.

Cedric could tell what was Alistair thinking and scoffed before turning to Ivan smiling " Ivan you should tell him the time where we went camping and we slept in the same bed..all alone together in the woods.." Ivan's faced burned up thinking about that " m..maybe not that..".

Seeing Ivan being flustered made Cedric smirk while looking at Alistair.

Alistair's jaw clenched " slept in the same bed? Is that so.." Ivan grew even more flustered." yeah we did..but it's not like what you think it is we're just camping " Cedric smiled proudly to himself " yeah you hear that Everard we were just camping..~" .

Alistair was about to pounce on Cedric but since Ivan was there he would do that another time he then leans in to whisper into Cedric's ear.

" you're lucky my dear Ivan is here..if not I'd rip you to shreds " Cedric frowned " I'd like to see you try and stop calling my Ivan your Ivan " Alistair snickered.

" Never.."
