The day wasn't over, in fact, the bus was just the beginning. The team headed over to Hollywood Hills to help with the mudslide situation. "Should we be worried about more of that hill coming down?" Eddie asked as the rest of them joined Cap and Hen who were talking with the commander.
"Yeah, we work quick, we work safe, we hope for the best." Bobby confirmed, "Where do you want?"
"The Hollywood sign" She confirmed, everyone turning to look at it, only to notice that half of it was missing.
"Where's the rest of it?" Buck questioned, confused.
"Downhill" Miranda confirmed. "Go word where the H landed, just west of here. There were some hikers in the area."
"Guess they should have bought a vowel," Chimney commented, gaining looks from his colleagues.
"Okay, Hen, Eddie, you're with me at the sign. Buck, El, Chim, you stay here and help search for survivors." Bobby confirmed.
"That's punishment for bad jokes," Hen said to Chim.
"Not bad jokes. Dad jokes. Getting in the habit early. I know. I'm gonna be a terrible father." Chimney rebutted.
"More like terrible friend" El rolled her eyes, muttering to herself.
"I heard that" Buck leant down, "try not to bite his head off please"
"I will try my hardest" El gave him a sarcastic look.
"Good girl" He smirked to himself.

The three of them got their equipment together and headed off, yelling out as they walked, slamming their tools into the thick mud for support. "Over here" Chimney spoke as he spotted someone.
"LAFD, can you hear me?" Buck called as they ran over to the man. El and Buck quickly began to search for a way they could get to the man who was submerged in the mud.
"I'm not getting anything" Chim spoke solemnly.
"Shit...Mark it and keep moving, there are bound to be more" El sighed and began to walk once again.
They were walking for a while, still continuing their yells as the hot sun continued beating down upon them. "Whoa, whoah, whoa" Chimney repeated, halting in his tracks. "Do you guys hear that?"
Silence loomed over the trio as they listened to whatever it was Chimney had heard. Suddenly the faint sound of a baby wailing "Sounds like a baby.." El tilted her head as she listened.
"Oh, definitely a baby," Buck confirmed after a louder scream echoed out.
The trio rushed to the source of the crying. They began to throw various bits of debris off to the side in an attempt to find the baby however they were met with a baby monitor. "So where's the baby?" Chimney sighed.
The trio racked their brains for a little while, unsure of how to find where the baby was located, however they knew it had to be in a radius of their locations. "So we have the receiver, baby must be near the transmitter."
"Too bad we can't just ping it or something, you know, like find my phone" Buck spoke.
"Yeah, don't think that's a thing babe" El laughed a little.
"Yeah, well, it should be," Buck sighed.
"Well, maybe you'll invent it for when I misplace my kid" Chimney spoke, the pair looking at him with confused looks, "You know it's gonna happen. I lose my phone at least three times a week..I'm gonna call for backup. We need more people out here searching. Do you know which channel Mobile Command is on?" Chimney moved on, not wanting to get into it all with Buck and El. They kept things civil but El was pissed at Chimney for breaking the bro code especially as Mikey was her best friend.
