CLAY'S POV:
—It's been five days since I last streamed, and I recently logged back into my Twitter. I haven't been using Twitter much, but I've received a lot of nice comments. I've been trying my best to reply to them all.
Since then, I haven't streamed again, but I did record a video with Nick and George for my YouTube channel. Additionally, I'm excited about tonight's stream, where I'll probably play Minecraft with Karl and Sapnap.
As I reach the halfway point of editing the video, a wave of tiredness overwhelms me, and I decide to stop editing for today.
Leaving my desk behind, I make my way downstairs to the living room to tell Nick about the stream tonight. As I enter, I notice him lying on the couch, engrossed in his phone, with the television humming in the background.
"You know, since I don't pay the bills I can just waste electricity." I jokingly mock him as I sit down next to him, noticing the TV on even though he's not watching it.
He snatches a pillow from beneath his head and hits me with it, grinning. "Shut up."
"We could stream today," I say and he turns off his phone, turning his glance to me.
"Yeah?" he looks at the tv and reaches for the remote, turning it off. "Minecraft and chill?" he asks.
"Me, you, and Karl could play on a new SMP and start building a base." I explain as he nods "I was thinking that George, Tommy, Wilbur, and some of their other British friends could join the SMP. We can make it a thing."
Nick raises his eyebrows and nods his head, impressed. "I like that idea. But for today only me and you?"
"I was thinking that Karl can join if he has time. I asked George but he said he has plans," I tell him and press my lips together.
"That's weird..." he says and gives me a side eye and a weird smile.
"Why's that weird?" I feel a wave of sadness wash over me as I remember that George hasn't been responding to my messages since yesterday after I asked him to join the stream today.
"I'll text Karl and tell him. When were you thinking?" he ignores my question and changes the subject back to the stream.
"I wanna take a nap right now, so at ten?"
"Sweetheart, no. Let's do it at seven. Two hours are enough for your beauty sleep." He says in a sassy girlish voice.
I roll my eyes and stand up. "Better go to sleep then."
"Good night, sueño!" He says and I wave at him before disappearing up the stairs.
I go back to my room and close the blinds, shutting out the remaining traces of daylight. Collapsing onto my bed, I eagerly check my phone for any new messages from George. While I don't expect to see any, a small part of me still hopes for his name to appear on the screen.
I contemplate sending George another text, but just as I'm about to, a message pops up on my phone from an unknown number. Instantly, a wave of fear washes over me, fearing that my number has been leaked to fans. Despite my fear, curiosity gets the better of me, and I click on the message to see its contents.

AnonymousGeorge is not who you think he is...
—————————————————————-I start to question George, but then I remember that I'm a popular streamer and YouTuber. Last time I let them destroy me and my mental health, this time I won't let them get under my skin.
I decide to block the number. Then, I set my alarm for 6:45 and turn off my phone. Plugging it into the charger, I close my eyes and peacefully drift off to sleep.
-
I wake up to the sound of my iPhone alarm, which startles me. My heart races as I fumble around in the darkness, searching for my phone. After a few tense moments, I finally find it and turn off the unpleasant alarm.
I check the time and my eyes widen when I see that it's almost eleven. I missed the whole stream, I won't be able to sleep at night and god knows where Nick went.
I remember setting my alarm at quarter to seven, so who the fuck changed it?
I grab the remote for my LED lights and press the button, casting a vibrant glow throughout the room. Determined and filled with a mix of worry and annoyance, I hastily leave the comfort of my bed and make my way towards Nick's room.
When I open the door, he's not there.
"Nick, you fucking bitch!" I yell, making sure that he can hear me, wherever in the house he is.
As I walk down the stairs, I see Nick at the bottom, looking at me. He looks happy, but a little scared
I stop and look at him. "Did you change my alarm to eleven?" I ask, furiously.
He nods. "Calm down, Clay. I've got something for you." He smiles.
"I don't care, Nick. I'm really trying to stream again, and you aren't taking it seriously." I already turn around, but his hand grabs mine and he pulls me down to the end of the stairs.
"Can you just go to the kitchen? I made food." He rolls his eyes and sighs.
I let go of my anger and take a deep breath as my stomach growls. "Thanks," I say to Nick, and he nods back at me with a big smile. I brace myself, expecting Karl to jump out and startle me when I enter the kitchen.
I walk through the living room, to the kitchen and my heart drops.
George is sitting at the kitchen island, casually snacking on pistachios while holding his phone in one hand and a pistachio in the other.
I smile, my heart filled with warmth as I see George sitting there. The sight of him brings a rush of joy and excitement, sending butterflies fluttering in my stomach. I forgive Nick for messing with my alarm, realizing that this unexpected visit from George is worth it.
"George?" I say and he turns around and looks at me with the biggest smile.
