The light still radiates unto lands below
But constant waves of woe continue to flow
Turning sunny skies into an endless grey
All is lost in the echoes of decay
An antenna, I've felt, is just like my heart
Looking for signals light years apart
The day would come that I witness the Goddess
Enchanting me in her most beautiful dress
Beautiful was her name, but not for me
She left behind a scar for everyone to see
My heart is now a decaying world of worry
And I'm afraid it won't be telling any other story
The road to fulfillment fades from all maps
Darkness envelops this year of my collapse
My heart knows nothing about love anymore
The burial is near, there's nothing left to explore
