When I got home, all I did was take a bath and go to sleep because I was tired. Seeing Jadah just made my heart ache. Seeing someone you're in love with and knowing that you can't be with them causes me pain. So what if she's a demon and I'm a witch?! Can't we still be together? I hate this feeling. I remember every single moment I had with her. How her smile was so beautiful and how cute her laugh was. How she would always tease me or dare me to use my magic for once. She would act like the villain and steal things, then ask me to use my magic to "defeat" her. A whole different side of her that no one else knew about since she always hid her feelings. Her not remembering or knowing anything hurts me even more. Is there a way to bring the old Jadah back? Would I get in trouble? Would it destroy the magical world again? Was everything staged and nothing bad really happened? There are so many questions and no one to answer them.

In the morning, I woke up early since I had two early classes. I got ready, then made some breakfast and was about to leave for class when I heard a sound. I turned around and saw Jadah. "What the hell are you doing here?!" I asked. "And how did you get here."

"I came to pick you up. I have a lead!" She said, sounding excited. "Oh, and I teleported."

"I have a class in thirty minutes, so I can't, but since you want to work alone, you can do that today."

"Can't do. You need to be there. You're coming with me." She said and held my waist, then teleported us to a scary looking place. "I hope we live after this," I heard her thoughts. "My powers are back!" I said in my thoughts . It had been a long time since I was able to hear people's thoughts. The place wasn't that scary. There were a lot of trees and plants and some buildings. The place was dark, and there was no sunlight. The creatures were already gone, but they left something behind. Green goo, which was slimy and disgusting.

"Pick it up. We need it to know what type of creature we're dealing with." Jadah commanded.

"Why me? Do you see what it's done to these plants?" I said, pointing to the plant that was burnt.

"Fine. Open my bag, there are some gloves and a jar. Bring them." She said, and I did as I was told. She bent down and picked the goo up and put it in the jar. The goo then changed from being green to yellow.

"Why did it change color?" I asked.

"The jar prevents the power of the goo from working which causes it to change color." She answered.

We went back to the place she took us to the previous day, but this time, she teleported us there. As soon as we got there, she put the jar on the long table and grabbed a big brown book. 'Criaturas Magicas'.

"What does that mean?" I asked her as I read the cover page of the book.

"Magical creatures," she answered. "I need your help opening this book. It needs a spell. Grab the book of magic and open page 352, and say the spell out loud."

"Vrujas de todas las dimensiones
Te llamamos durante esta sesión
Para abrir este libro que está cerrado
Para encontrar lo que estamos buscando." I said the spell out loud three times, and the book opened. A picture of a huge creature appeared on the huge map, and an alarm rang.

"It's the creature we're after! Keep reading about it, and I'll try to capture it or try to learn its routine." She said and immediately left.

I looked through the book, trying to find the page where the information about the creature we're looking for was. The book was huge, and after twenty minutes, I finally found the page. The creature was called the 'Fally Phillis'. It looked human like but very tall and had horns and red eyes. On the page, there were many forms of it. There was the human version. Very human looking version. It was female, had red eyes and red hair. There was the monster looking version. Red eyes, black horns, black skin all over. Yeah, that looked very scary. It shot green goo at things to burn them. It is controlled by a human. No magical creature has the power to control it. It has been asleep for 175 years, but now someone has woken it up, and it's only looking for one thing.

When Jadah came back, which was thirty minutes later, I told her everything I found out about the creature. Jadah said that the creature was only looking for one thing, and the only way to find out what that is is to talk to someone who has lived long. My grandmother.

I rushed to get into the class and found the professor teaching and everyone sitting down and listening. "Miss, Greenwood, you're very late." He said while drawing a diagram on the board.

"I'm so sorry, I had an emergency." I said. Jadah was definitely going to pay for this. I looked around for an empty seat and saw one next to a girl who looked familiar. She looked at me and gestured for me to come sit next to her, and I did.

"Hi." I whispered.

"Hey. You good?" She asked.

"Yeah. Thanks for asking. You look really familiar. "

"Yeah, we met in the bathroom last time. I'm Kiara."

"Oh yeah. I'm Tabitha."

"Miss Greenwood and Miss Marcov, you're disturbing us," Mr Armano said.

For the rest of the lesson, I took some notes, and Kiara offered to borrow me some of her notes for the time I missed while helping Jadah. As soon as the lesson was over, Kiara invited me to have lunch with her. My next class was in thirty minutes and I only went to work later in the day so I agreed. We took her car and went to a cafe that she loved.

The cafe looked beautiful. It was beige in color and had lights in every corner. It had two large posters with the name of the cafe. It looked too fancy to be a cafe. It reminded me of the one in Hidden ville. I miss it.

"Welcome to Kofu Cafe. How may I help you?" A girl who looked around my age came to our table and asked in a sweet voice. "Oh hey Kiara. Who's your friend?" She asked as she saw me, and her tone changed.

"Oh, this is Tabitha. Tabitha, this is Bella." She introduced us.

"Nice to meet you. Didn't know you were busy with new people. I'll let you guys go over the menu, and then I'll come back." She said rudely and left.

"Uhm, what's up with her?" I asked.

"We hooked up once, and she got attached." She said very chill.

"And is that your plan with me?" I asked jokingly.

"Yes," she said and laughed.

"Shut up," I said and laughed.

"I'm joking. I don't have a plan for you. Are you ready to order?"

"Yeah."

We ordered food and I ordered a lot because she was paying. There was no way I'm going to starve myself. Being a broke student changes you. Kiara and I talked about a lot of things, and she honestly seemed like a cool person. She had her own apartment around and has lived here for the longest time. She didn't really know what her sexuality is. She just likes and does whatever.

"We need to go." I heard someone say behind me, and I turned around and saw Jadah. Are you kidding me right now?

"I'm busy." I said. I didn't want to leave Kiara to be around Jadah. That's just sad and painful.

"Tabitha." She said.

"Excuse me, Kiara." I said and stood up, pulling Jadah to the side. "What do you want? I literally have a class in ten minutes."

"I found a lead. You need to open more books while I take care of things."

"No. I left the book open so you have access. Now, leave me alone. Please." I said and went back to my seat.

"Is that someone you're hooking up with?" Kiara asked.

"Nope," I answered. If only she knew.
