Isabelle sat on a couch with her friends in the heart of the institute. Simon sat next to her while Jace, and Clary sat on a different couch across from them with Alec, and Magnus.

Jace's stomach growled. it was loud enough to be heard from Izzy's seat.

"Hungry there Jace?"asks Izzy from her seat.

Jace looks over and gives a small smile then nods. " Are you cooking?" Jace asks.

Izzy smiles and gives a small nod as she gets up. Simon stands as well and follows her to the kitchen in case she needed help

Izzy walks over and grabs a pot underneath the counter and sets it on the stove. Magnus then walks in and gives them both a smile.

His hair was spiked as usual, highlighted many different colors. he had on eye liner and glitter all over his hair.

" Hello Isabelle. "says Magnus as he walks around the table to stand by them. He then hands her a small vile. "Here's your vile. Use it wisely." Then he leaves to go back towards the others.

Simon looked at Izzy confused till she spoke. " Its a little potion that Magnus made me. If I put a drop of this into anything I cook it makes it taste like it came from a restaurant." says Izzy. She smiled at the look Simon had on his face when she finished talking.

" Don't tell anyone." says Izzy. And with that she started cooking some beef stew. It didn't take long and before you knew it they were all siting at a table eating.

Jace scarfed down his first bowl and went to get more. " I can't believe how much better your cooking has gotten Izzy. "says jace.

" Thanks Jace."says Izzy.

" Yeah this is great. What's your secret?" says Alec with his mouth full. scooping more out of his bowl.

Jace hit Alec's hand causing his to drop the spoon of food before he even had a chance to eat it. It spilled all over the table. " JACE why did you do that?"

Magnus put his hand over his mouth to stifle his laughter as Alec glared daggers at Jace. " Didn't Magnus ever teach you not to talk with your mouth full?" says Jace.

Now Magnus couldn't hold back his laughter. he burst out laughing. Alec looked over at him with wide eyes. Then started laughing himself. " Fine I guess it was kinda funny."

" Kinda funny it was hilarious. Almost as funny as the fact Izzy has to use a potion in a vile to make her food taste good let alone eatable." says Simon between bursts of laughter.

"SIMON." yelled Izzy punching Simon hard in the arms. Simon continued to laugh and winced.

" AHA I knew your food could never be this good. " says Jace smirking with wide eyes. he looked at Alec. " Pay up, you owe me twenty bucks."

Izzy looked at them with wide eyes and a fake hurt expression. " You guys bet on me?"

Alec nods while glaring at Jace and handed him twenty bucks. " Yes and it cost me twenty buck, thanks a lot ."

Magnus was laughing yet again. so much there were tears running down his face causing his make up to run.

Clary who had be quiet the entire time finally spoke. " He's not the only one who bet."

Izzy looked over to see Clary handing Jace twenty bucks as well, and unbelievably Simon did the same.

She looked at Magnus. " What you didn't bet?" asks Izzy

Magnus looked at her and smiled. " Of course not. I don't want to lose my money." says Magnus.

Izzy sighed got up and took out the vile and threw it at the wall above the boys head, startling them into silence.

They looked at her with wide eyes. Izzy turned and stormed out of the room leaving them siting there shocked.
