A Mortal Instrumenys Alphabet. D-Ducks.

Isabelle was laughing hard as Simon and Alec put real life ducks in Jace's bathroom.

For some reason Jace was deathly afraid of ducks. Sure he was a fearless shadowhunter who could face Greater demons and Valentine but he can't face a simple duck.

" This is so going to freak him out." says Alec between laughs of his own. Then the door opens and Magnus runs in,

" Hurry everyone leave. Jace is on his way here." yells Magnus pushing them out of the room and closing the door behind them. He then followed them into the kitchen.

Jace then walks through the kitchen towards his room. A few second leter his head appears from around the corner. " Alec have you seen my stele?"

" Why do you need it?" says Alec looking at Jace with a small look of concern for his Parabatai.

" I went demon hunting with Clary and got into a small fight with a werewolf in front of Taki's." says Jace.

" OK I think its in your bathroom." says Alec trying as hard as he could not to smile but almost failed.

" Thanks." says Jace. And with that his head dissapears and the sound of his room door slaming was heard. Clary then walked in from standing at the door. " OK what did you guys do?"

" You'll see soon my dear Clary." says Magnus smiling at her with dazzling white teeth one can only get and keep with magic. " Very soon. "

Just as he finished saying that a loud bloodcurdling scream was heard coming from Jace's room. Everyone there started to laugh. All besides Clary. Her eyes were wide looking at them then looked back at the door.

Jace then come running around the corner and into the kitchen with a look of fear on his face which is normally never seen on Jace.

" OK who's idea was it to put the ducks in my bathroom?" says Jace now glaring daggers at all of them. " And be careful. My reaction depends on who's it was."

It had been Alec's idea to begin with. If Simon steped forward Jace would most likely break his arm. There's no telling what her would do to Magnus or Isabelle. Alec would have to step forward.

And just before Alec steped forward Clary spoke. " Sorry Jace it was my idea." says Clary. she smiled at him wearing a fake guilty look.

Jace looked at her and scoffed." Ha yeah right, I know it wasn't you. Now who was it?" says jace looking back at the others. His eyes scanned the small crowd only to descover Alec was missing. " It was Alec wasn't it? ALEC YOUR GOING TO PAY FOR THIS!!!"

HE then took off down the hall and saw Alec's feet dissapead into his room. He ran after his and found a slightly frightened and out of breath Alec looking at him while standing in the bathroom filled with ducks.

Alec smiled. " Ha you'll never get me, you won't even step foot into this room." says Alec. Jace raised his eyebrows and took a step into the room.

" Oh will I."

He took yet another step into the room causing Alec to back up fast only to trip over a duck. He fell into the bath tub. His head slamed into the wall causing him to cry out. Then look at Jace with wide eyes.

Jace smiled and backed up crossing his arms. " There I think that's payback enough." says Jace. Then he turned and walked out of the room not even bothering to help Alec up.
