Cheyenne's POV
"Kellin, come on finish the chorus!" I yelled as Kellin played with my hair.
"Can I braid it?" He asked.
"No ! Sit down and write this song!" I laughed and he continued to attempt to braid my hair. We had been at this every night all night for the past four days. What we had was great, it was just matter of putting everything together.
"I am gonna give up on the band and be a hair stylist." He said jumping over the couch to sit next to me.
"I thought you were gonna be a stripper?" I laughed.
"Why can't I be both?"
"Whatever, focus please." He was getting so antsy tonight and I kinda wanted to hit him. I had no clue what was up with Kellin, but it could be that he was being that weird kind of tired where he doesn't make sense. "Now how are we gonna put this together?"
"I think the chorus should go like this:" kellin began to sing, flowing beautifully as the words fell from his lips.
"They say that love is forever
Your forever is all that I need
Please stay as long as you need
Can't promise that things won't be broken
But I swear that I will never leave
Please stay forever with me. . .How's that?" He asked but I was still was lost in his voice, running the words around in my head. "Turtle?"
"What, sorry." I said coming out of my daze.
"Are we getting lost in my eyes?" He wriggled his brow and gave that adorable smirk that I loved.
"How am I gonna get lost in your eyes when I can't even see them." I rubbed his long hair and messed it up a bit. He laughed.
"Yeah, Christa wants me to cut it." He said as he fixed it back into place.
"Again? You cut it last week." I said laying back on the couch.
"I know but apparently it's too long."
"Don't you fucking dare cut it." He looked at me confused. "I will cut you if do." He laughed and laid back on top of me, his head on my chest.
"When was the last time you and Justin talked about what you were doing for prom?" He asked skimming through his twitter.
"I don't know, a few days ago maybe."
"Christa talks about it every two seconds. To be honest I don't even want to go." I looked down at him. He had an upset look written on him.
"Why not? What's wrong?" I asked.
"I don't know I just have never been into that whole school dance thing. I just don't really care about it all that much."
"You do realize that this is basically what Christa lives for right?" I chuckled.
"I would laugh to but you're right." We laughed a little and continued on with writing. We got a lot done that night and decided that it would be a good time to call it quits. It was already almost three and we had school in the morning.
"I'll see you in the morning okay?" I said grabbing my stuff and getting ready to leave.
"Wait, I have been meaning to ask you something." Kellin said following me towards the front door.
"And what would that be Kells?"
"Have you talked to Jack lately?" He asked a little wary.
"Yeah I talk to him at school." I laughed but soon realized he meant Jack Barakat. "Oh, that Jack. Not since Sunday."
