Y/N POV
We were in the train station, waiting for the Hogwarts express to arrive. I was still searching Mattheo but nothing. I sat next to Hermione, Harry, and Ron.

"What were they doing at this store?" Ron asked

"I'm sure they're death eaters now. I mean it would not be surprising..." Harry answered

I knew he was right. I was not stupid, Mattheo was the Dark Lord's son, of course he would join him.

"You can't say that without any proof Harry, you don't know." Hermione replied

She was trying to calm us but with everything that was happening , it didn't work.

"Don't you see? It was a ceremony, an initiation."

"Stop it Harry."

"If you want my opinion on this, I have jut on question: What would You-Know-Who want with Malfoy?"

"And what was he found in Borgnine and Burked? And Riddle? He is of course. Y/N, you surely have informations or I don't know..."

"Harry!" Screamed Hermione

Silence

"Yeah, you're right. I'm sorry, it's just..."

"Yeah, I know." I replied.

"I need some air."

Then Harry left and didn't return before the end of the trip.

MATTHEO POV

"Damn it Mattheo, are you even listening to me?"

"Yeah, Draco I am."

I wasn't, my mind was somewhere else. I didn't know what to do, I was lost. I had accepted to protect him. What was I? His fucking dad?

"Look, you didn't have to do this..." Draco said

"Yeah, I had to. You don't understand."

"Yes, I do Mattheo. With what he told me to do..."

"No. You don't. Do not ever say that ever again. You didn't, you don't and you will never understand what it's like."

That was right, he would never know. Never.

Suddenly, something went in the air and we couldn't see anything. It disappeared really quickly.

"You know.... Thank you."

I looked at him.

"What?"

"I said it, thank you. You're risking your life for me and you...."

"Draco, I appreciate that but I don't do this for you. You don't need my protection in every days life, you're doing fine on your own. I didn't do this for you..."

"I know. I know, but you're still my friend. Right?"

I smiled

"Of course Draco."

Pansy and Blaise joined us

"I hate this school. I won't wast my time this year."

"What does that mean Draco?" Asked Pansy

"It means what that means."

I looked at him with big eyes.

"He is joking. Of course he is."

An hour passed and we arrived at Hogwarts. Draco was about to stand up when I stopped him by a sign of the hand.

"Go." I said to Pansy and Blaise

They did as I told.

When they left, I pointed a suitcase at Draco.

I stood up as c'est loses the door.

"Petrificus Totalus!" Draco said

The suitcase fell and Harry was there. On the floor, he wasn't able to move.

"God why do you always have to be where you're not supposed to be?....." I said to Potter

"..... Oh yeah, I forgot. You can't talk. Anyway, enjoy your ride back to London. Fuck you Potter."

Draco laughed. And punched him on the face.

"That was for my father." He told

Y/N POV

"Where is Harry?" I asked

It had been more than one hour since he disappeared, you all started to worried.

Suddenly, he walked in. Covered of blood.

"Where have you been?" Hermione asked

He did not answered

"What've missed?"

"Just people being sorted into their houses." I replied

I turned my head to the Slytherin's table. Mattheo was there. I wanted to call his name but Dumbledore started to speak. And that would be awkward anyway, screaming his name with everyone around.

"First off, let me introduce the newest member of our staff Horace Slughorn...."

"That's him. I went to see him with Dumbledore." Harry said

".... Professor Slughorn, I'm happy to say has agreed to resume his old post as professor of potion. And the post of the Defense Against the Dark Arts Will be taken by Professor Snape...."

"Finally his year, youhou!" Ron replied, sarcastically
