You followed the Chocolate tracks until they gradually started getting smaller and smaller as the path went on , until it finally disappeared
"Hm…at least I know what direction he could have gone in…"
You looked around until you realized you were very near the race tracks as you could hear the karts and the overlapping noises of the tires screeching , which means you're not very far away from the raceway…
You decided to continue to follow the now , non existent tracks on the last line they went in…but before you could even take another step in , some of the sugar rush kids started passing on their karts rapidly , almost in a panicky hurry
"Woah woah what the- AAAH?!" You screamed before one of the kids stopped right before almost running you over
"Who even thought it was a good idea to let some kids drive!" You thought to yourself as you could feel your heart almost bursting out in nervousness
"Move it Newbie!" One of them said , but it wasn't in a threatening tone…they looked more…scared than anything
"Is something wrong? You all look like you have seen a ghost!"
"Not a Ghost! But a Red Giant!" Taffyta with a tone of impatience in her voice
"A Red…Giant?" Wait…you don't mean…" You said before getting in the deeps of your mind , you don't remember a lot about Ralph but you certainly remember the vivid Red scheme his clothes had…
"Thanks!" You said before moving out of the way and resumed walking back on track.
Taffyta only gave you one last weird look at your strange response , but she just shrugged it off before signaling the others
"Come on! Let's get out of here!" She said before all of the karts continued following right behind her
You continued walking until you spotted some flags from afar that said "finish line" , and if you had to guess…The King's royal duties probably included racing…so he was probably going to appear…right…now!
You said to yourself mentally as you saw his kart , being followed by other two passing at maximum velocity , almost knocking you out by just how the wind passed towards you
You opened your eyes as the dirt and dust from the passing karts cleared off , and you could see that the King already stationed on the finish line , taking his visors and helmet off , as you decided to go for a closer look
"Excuse me My King!" You cleared your throat to atrract his attention , while running a bit closer to him
"Ah! Y/n! Gee what brings you her- and where is Wynchell and Duncan?" He clasped his hands before tilting his head to look behind you
"Well uhm…i just…came here by myself?" You Smiled nervously
"And they just…let you go?" The King said while raising an eyebrow
"Uh…yeah , they let me" You reaffirmed that thought
"I might need to speak to them about security…" The King mumbled to himself as he scratched his chin before looking back up and returning to his cheery self
"Oh Oh! So- as I was saying! Any updates in our little cat and mouse chase?"
"Well you see…i found some tracks that could maybe be of Ralph And i have another clue!"
His face lifted up in curiousity
"Oh? Really? Go on then! Don't keep me waiting!" He said before he started to smile smugly knowing you were so close to find Ralph.
