Stu macher hated eating. It was just something that he couldn't stand. He had to resist the urge to puke when he's around food. The smell of food just upsets him.

Nobody knew about this, not even Billy. It was something he hid from everyone.

He forced himself to eat when he was hanging out with the group or just Billy alone, but then he just made himself puke afterward.

Stu was getting skinner by the day , and he was feeling sicker as well. He could barely stand without feeling dizzy,

Billy found out by accident. It was during an argument that they were having.

Billy got mad because stu wouldn't let him touch him. He didn't want Billy to know how skinny he got,

"Are you disgusted by me? Is that you won't let me touch you?" Billy asked, "I'm not disgusted by you , Billy...it's just.." stu trailed off

"It's just what? Huh?! Just give me a fucking reason stu!? Or we're done," Billy told him, and stu eyes widen,

"Billy....i..." stu tried to think of something but nothing was coming out, and Billy sighs, "I guess we're done," Billy started to walk away and stu stood up from the couch but his vision blurred and his legs went weak

Billy paused by the front door as he heard a thud from the living room, worried, he turned around and walked back into the living room and he saw stu laying on the floor, unconscious

"Stu! Stu!" Billy rushed forward, kneeling down next to him, his hands hovering over him, not knowing what to do.

Stu was still breathing, but it was slow, and that worried him even more. "I..I need to call an ambulance," Billy quickly stood up, rushing over to the phone calling for an ambulance before he went back to stu,

All Billy could do was just stay by stu. After the ambulance arrived, everything was a blur to him.

They had a feeding tube in stu. They said that he wasn't eating and how skinny he was very concerning.

Billy was in complete disbelief, and he was angry. He couldn't believe he didn't notice what was going on with stu. He should've seen it. Maybe he wouldn't be in the hospital.

He was angry at himself for not noticing, for not making sure that stu was eating and he was angry for getting angry at stu.

He promised himself that from now on, he's going to make sure he was eating properly. He would not let stu get this sick ever again.

Billy spent every day in the hospital with stu. Stu wouldn't talk to him , and it pained Billy.

Stu spent a couple of weeks in the hospital before he was able to go home, Billy was taking care of him, but stu wouldn't talk to him.

Currently, Billy was trying to get stu to eat, but he was refusing. Billy took a deep breath to calm himself down

"Stu, you need to eat," Billy told him, and stu turned his head away, and Billy sighed, "Just a little, okay? Please?"

"I'm not hungry," stu mumbled, "I know, but you need to eat, okay? I know, you don't want to, but you have to," Billy told him , and stu shook his head

"Can you tell me why? Just..talk to me, stu, I want to help you," Billy told him , and stu sniffled, "if..if I eat, I'll become fat and you'll hate me, and everyone's going to hate me...I hate me," stu said

"No, no, listen," Billy knelt down in front of stu, cupping his face , "I love you, okay? And I don't care if you gain a little weight,I will still love you and I will always love you, and nobody would hate you," Billy told him

"But I would," stu cried out, leaning his head on Billy shoulder ,"I hate my body, I hate myself, every time I look in the mirror, all I see is fat, and I want to get rid of it. "

Billy carefully and gently hugged him, his own tears sliding down his face .He didn't know what to say. He didn't know how he could make stu better.

He felt completely and utterly useless.
