Billy loomis was going to kill himself. What was the point of living if he had no one to love him?

His mom left him after finding out that his dad cheated on her. Billy couldn't blame her for leaving. He just hated her for leaving him behind.

His father was a complete asshole. He spends his time drunk and would often yell at billy, telling him that it was his fault for his mother leaving him.

Billy would often ignore him but he couldn't help the thoughts that run through his head.

What if it was really his fault that his mom left? Maybe it was the reason why she never said goodbye.

What if he was such an unlovable person? What if his mom never loved him and hated him? What if she left because she didn't want to take care of such a burden?

Those thoughts are what drove him to buy a gun. He wanted to end everything. What was the point of living if no one loved him?

That's what billy thinks, billy thinks that no one loves but he was wrong. He was very wrong.

Billy was currently in his room sitting at the edge of the bed with the gun in his hand.

It was evening and billy just gotten home from school, his dad won't be home till midnight and that's when he'll find his body.

He knew his parents wouldn't care if he killed himself. They never really cared about him. It was all a show , a trick that billy fell for.

Billy sighed and lifted the gun and holding it against his head , his finger against the trigger, ready to shoot.

"Billy?" Billy froze hearing stu's voice , and he turned his head seeing stu by the door of his bedroom, staring at him with wide terrified eyes.

"What are you doing here?" Billy asked, he was still holding the gun to his head. "What are you doing? Put the gun down, billy," stu told him, walking over to him and gently grabbing his wrist and billy let him lower his hand.

"Why are you here?" Billy questioned, "were you gonna kill yourself?" Stu asked, his hands were shaking and billy was awfully calm and that's what scares him.

"Yeah, but you interrupted me. What do you want?" Billy asked, "why?" Stu asked, and billy looks up at him, seeing tears streaming down stu's face and he doesn't get why stu is crying.

"Why are you crying?" Billy questions in complete confusion. "Why? Because billy you were gonna kill yourself...imagine if I came a minute later? " stu said, sniffling

"Why do you care?" Billy asked, "because I love you, billy and I don't you to die." Stu told him, his voice breaking at the end of his sentence and billy froze , his eyes widening slightly as his heart started hammering in his chest

"Y- you love me? Why?" Billy asked, and stu's blue eyes met his brown eyes, "why? You're the most amazing person I've ever met, billy. "

Was he amazing? Or was stu just telling him, so he wouldn't kill himself?

"Y-yeah, you might act like a total jerk at times but you're my best friend, billy and..you made me fall in love with you," stu told him, hugging him and billy felt his eyes starting to sting.

A few tears slid down his face, "I love you, so please don't leave me." Stu pleaded and billy let go of the gun and wrapped his arms around stu, crying into his shoulder.

He pulled away a minute later, and looked at stu ,"do you really love me?" Stu nodded

"I do. I really love you, billy," stu told him, and billy leaned his head against his,

"As long as you are with me, I won't kill myself." Billy whispered, "I'm never leaving you," stu whispered back

That day billy loomis learned that he was loved and he didn't need anybody else's love besides stu's. Stu was all he needed , stu was the one that kept him alive because he loved him.

Billy would be forever grateful for stu for loving him even though he wasn't the greatest guy, even though he wasn't easy to love.

He was just glad stu never gave up on him.
