As the day of the tournament approached, preparations were made in the monastery's training ground. Chi Master gathered all the participants. Leba and Niac sat in the audience planning to enjoy the fights. Chi Master announced the rules and said "Jaxon you have to face three opponents one by one. They are the best students of this monastery so this won't be easy. The tournament will test your skills, resilience, and strategic thinking. Your first opponent will be Imay, the Cryomancer. He wields the power of ice and can freeze his surroundings with a mere touch."

Jaxon nodded, acknowledging the challenge ahead. He knew it won't be an easy fight but he knew with the power of his bracelet he can defeat Imay.

The atmosphere crackled with anticipation as Imay, the formidable Cryomancer, stepped onto the training ground. His eyes gleamed with a mix of curiosity and excitement as he locked gazes with Jaxon.

Imay's voice resonated with a touch of intrigue, "I'm interested to see how you wield three elements

Imay's voice resonated with a touch of intrigue, "I'm interested to see how you wield three elements. Never before have I faced an opponent like you." Jaxon met Imay's gaze with unwavering confidence, replying, "Prepare to be impressed."

As the battle commenced, Imay wasted no time in demonstrating his Cryo Magic prowess. He commanded, "Cryo Magic - Ice Floor!" In an instant, the ground beneath Jaxon transformed into a slippery sheet of ice, causing him to struggle to maintain his balance. Sensing an opportunity, Imay unleashed his next move, "Cryo Magic - Icy Thorns!" Ice projectiles materialised and hurtled towards Jaxon, aiming to pierce him down.

Jaxon's eyes flickered with determination as he summoned his own elemental powers "Fire Magic- Blazing Shield!". In a moment a fire shield conjured in front of him intercepting and melting the incoming icy onslaught. Realising the need for stability, Jaxon focused his chi, covering his feet in a thin layer of fire. The flames licked at the ice beneath him, melting it away and restoring his balance.

Imay's initial surprise transformed into a begrudging admiration as he admitted, "You have managed to impress me." Jaxon's voice resonated with confidence, "You have yet to witness the full extent of my abilities." Imay retorted with a sly grin, "Perhaps the same can be said of me."

The battle intensified, with Imay conjuring a torrential downpour of ice bullets, declaring, "Cryo Magic - Ice Rain!" The projectiles rained down upon Jaxon, threatening to overwhelm him. With quick thinking, Jaxon activated his bracelet, utilising its spatial technology to transport himself to a different location, evading the barrage.

Intrigued by this unexpected manoeuvre, Imay quizzed Jaxon, "I was told you possess three types of magic: fire, water, and wind. How are you incorporating spatial magic?" Jaxon clarified, "It is not magic but advanced technology from the future, stored within this bracelet." Imay's eyes widened with impressed curiosity, acknowledging Jaxon's resourcefulness.

Imay's demeanour shifted, a glint of determination in his eyes. He stated, "Impressive. Let's see what other tricks you have up your sleeve." Jaxon capitalised on the element of surprise, utilizing his bracelet's teleportation ability to appear just behind Imay, ready to strike. But before Jaxon's attack landed, Imay's instincts kicked in, sensing the impending danger. He swiftly invoked, "Cryo Magic - Shield of Boreas!" A formidable shield of ice materialized behind Imay, just in time to intercept Jaxon's punch.

Jaxon quickly covered his punch with Chi of fire. Jaxon's attack managed to break the icy shield but was unable to do any damage to Imay. Imay prepared to attack Jaxon but recognizing the need for caution, Jaxon quickly teleported back to his original position, avoiding any counterattacks from Imay. Imay's voice resonated with a mix of amusement and respect, "You have managed to impress me once again. You broke my shield. Now, I must use my full power if I want to defeat you."

Imay mustered his dwindling chi and declared, "Cryo Magic - Winds of the North!" A bone-chilling gust swept across the battlefield, freezing the surrounding area. Ice projectiles materialized, targeting Jaxon from all angles. Unyielding, Jaxon summoned his wind magic, generating a powerful tornado around himself, creating a barrier. The projectiles tried to pierce the Tornado but were unable to.

With a resolute shout, Jaxon redirected his wind magic, propelling the projectiles back towards Imay. Imay, realizing the imminent danger, swiftly invoked, "Cryo Magic - Shield of Boreas!" A sturdy ice shield materialized before him, but it trembled under the relentless assault of the redirected projectiles. Imay strained to maintain the shield.

The previous attack had almost depleted all of Imay's Chi. Now he was struggling to defend himself against the incoming projectiles. As the projectiles ceased, leaving Imay momentarily vulnerable, Jaxon swiftly dispelled the tornado, switching his focus to water magic. He shouted: Water Magic-Wave Daggers. Water projectiles materialized, but due to the frigid mist enveloping the battleground, they solidified into shards of ice. Jaxon, utilizing his wind magic once more, redirected the icy shards, propelling them towards Imay with precision.

The weakened shield could no longer withstand the onslaught, crumbling under the barrage of icy shards. Imay's strength wavered, and as his shield shattered, he collapsed, his chi depleted. Imay lay unconscious, unable to continue the fight.

Jaxon stood amidst the victory, his chest heaving with exertion and satisfaction. The battle had been fierce, but he emerged triumphant. The spectators erupted in awe and applause, acknowledging the astonishing display of elemental mastery.
