First day of the job was usually a nerve wracking one. Eleonora wasn't much different, but on a much lower scale. Her feelings at the moment would be categorised as slightly nervous.

Eleonora spent the whole morning relaxing and watching TV. Since her job started in the afternoon because of the kid's school, she was free in the mornings.

Since this was an additional year in college, she was taking much less frequent classes. the only day she would go to campus was on Tuesday and Thursday in the morning.

At the moment, Eleonora was parking the car in front of the educational support. 'Marks Educational support and tutoring center' was what read on the colourful sign above.

"Eleonora, you're here. That's great, the children will arrive any moment." Mary said emerging from a room and beckoning her to come.

Eleonora strolled into a child themed room. With its little round tables and plentiful books, this was obviously the place the students studied.

"Calvin will be here any moment. He will help you meet the kids. I will also come." Mary called before shutting her office door.

Eleonora had to bite back a groan as she took a seat on one of the chairs. She had no wish to see Calvin again, let alone work with him. That arrogant man tested her nerves like no other. The way he had treated her the last time they saw each other was still fresh on her mind.

Speak of the devil and he shall appear is a known saying. It must work for thinking too because at the moment, when the thoughts of Calvin drifted in Eleonora's mind, he himself stepped inside.

When his eyes landed on her, it was quite obvious that he too remembered their last encounter.

With a nod of greeting, he silently walked towards Mary's office.

At least he hadn't made a rude remark this time. Maybe he had been having the time of his month the last time they met.

Without a warning, a small cluster of children rushed towards the door. When they spotted Eleonora, confusion could be seen on their faces.

One little girl spoke up. She looked like she could be six years old. With blonde long hair and hazel eyes, the little girl could be categorised under adorable.

"Are you the new teacher that replaced Miss Marla?" The girl inquired looking at Eleonora warily.

It was as if something else took over her body. Eleonora with kids and Eleonora with other people were opposites. A warm smile appeared on her face and her green eyes sparked with delight.

"Yes I am. My name is Miss Eleonora. It's so nice to meet you all. Come over here." She introduced, gesturing the kids to cone closer.

All the children slowly came forward and sat on the ground in front of her. Each little eye watched her closely as she looked back at them.

"Until Mary and Calvin come, why don't you introduce yourselves. Raise your hand if you want to start. When you introduce yourselves, don't forget to add your what you like to do." Eleonora instructed gently.

The girl who had spoken up first raised her hand. Eleonora gave her a nod with a smile for her to continue.

"I'm Nelly. I like to dance ballet." She said confidently.

"Okay, I've met Nelly, who's next?"

One by one, the kids stood up to say their names. There were six kids in total so it didn't take very long. Apparently, all classes were divided based on the age of the kids.
