"Layla, I swear to god I'm going to strangle you right now."
That threat came out of Eleonora's mouth. Reason, because Layla was currently wearing her patience thin by doing and undoing her hair when seeing a slight imperfection.
"You'll thank me later when my sexy boss can't get his eyes off you." Layla firmly repeated for the hundredth time.
"He'll think I over did it. All he asked me was to go to dinner with him to talk about Olly." Eleonora grumbled.
"You know, for a devious looking vixen you're quite naively blind." Layla shook her head while doing Eleonora's dark hair.
Eleonora glared at her through the mirror. She was not one with patience for things like this. After all, it wasn't like she was desperate to impress Lyndon. She had sworn long ago not to be that kind of woman.
"Done!" Layla exclaimed.
Eleonora leapt from her chair with a surge of joy. "Thank god! I thought you were going to take all night."
Layla pouted. "What would be the use of making you're hair if I kept you here all night. That means you won't go to your date."
Eleonora groaned, "It's not a date!"
Layla shrugged. "Whatever let's you sleep at night."
Eleonora looked at her self in the mirror. She was wearing a black fit dress with a decent neck line framed with red crystals. On top, she had a red petticoat matched with a bloody red bag and heels. Lyndon did say she was to dress fancy so here it was.
Eleonora rolled her eyes at her friend. She was impossible. "I've got to go. I don't want to be late for work. Bye"
Layla followed her as she walked to the door. "Be careful and use protection. No frequent sleep overs here. I need my beauty sleep."
Eleonora turned to her roommate with a gasp. "Layla!"
Laughing, Layla made signs for her to go. "Off you go. You don't want to be late." She repeated Eleonora's former words.
Eleonora shook her head again and entered her car.
The drive to the educational support didn't take long, thanks to the non crowded roads.
Mary greeted Eleonora at the door. "Hey dear. Come in. Calvin is inside readying the room."
Eleonora inwardly winced. She wasn't looking forward to see the man. Reluctantly, she walked into the building.
It turned out that the educational support wasn't just for little kids. The older children had classes on the upper floors.
Eleonora entered the class room, as she called it, to see Calvin sitting on his usual table, with his head was bent over some papers. Although he looked like he was deep in concentration, he raised his head when Eleonora entered.
His eyes roamed over her body irritating Eleonora. He insults her to his heart's content then rakes her with those eyes of his.
"Had your fill? If you did, I can proceed with whatever I'm going to do." Eleonora snapped, bringing Calvin's eyes to her face.
A scowl formed on his face and his eyes darkened. "Don't test me Lawson. You're attitude is getting old."
Eleonora almost laughed. Was this his attempt to intimidate her? If it was, then it was pathetic.
