Panic seized Tahani and Jake, making their bodies tremble. Their anxiety grew as they failed to find their children, the precious jewels of their lives.
Their hearts beat rapidly, their thoughts raced in their minds. Where could they be? Had they disappeared? Terrifying scenarios formed in Tahani's imagination, fueling their already palpable panic. Tahani tried to get a young Na'vi to speak.
"You must know where they went," Tahani asked him.
"On the other side of the creek," the young one answered before moving away from them, as Jake took Tahani's arm to tell her that he had a contact, calming Tahani slightly.
"Yes, Loak... who is with you?... Okay, take cover, we're coming, don't engage in combat," he said, cutting the link, turning to Tahani. "The children are in danger, and they're your brother's too," Jake said, panicked.
"The demon boat," Tonowari asked him.
"Yes," Jake said, running with Tahani towards their marui.
Jake gathered all his war materials and turned to his beloved, not wanting her to get hurt as well.
"Stay here, alright," he told her before running away with the others.

Tahani instinctively understood that an opportunity was presenting itself to her. Without trying to understand why this ikran was there, she seized the opportunity and decided to ride it.
With determination, she climbed onto the back of the ikran and held on tightly, making the connection. She felt adrenaline rushing through her, ready to fight against Quaritch and his army to protect her family.
