Ch. 13 Telling

Mattheos POV:

I smile thinking about last night. How cute she was. I never knew she was scared of heights but now I do. And now I'm gonna prank her a lot.
But not yet.

I decide to snap her for the first time.

A: is Mattheo Riddle giving me a compliment?

Me: meet you downstairs

A: Understood

I got dressed and went downstairs. I met her in the Great Hall and none of our friends were here yet. I smiled as I saw her watching tiktok on her phone not knowing I was there. I ran up and gave her a hug from behind. She squealed when she realized it was me and laughed. "Oh Riddle, you sure are something." "Duh, I'm yours." She blushes and I finally acknowledge her outfit. She has ripped jeans and a black top rhat only has one strap. And her pretty hair was down. "You really do look nice." I say. She mockingly looks me up and down while I'm in my sweats. "You look nice too." I laugh and kiss her. "Ugh gross." Someone says and I open my eyes to see Pansy. Oh shit. I back away from Aubrey. "Pansy it's not what it lo-." She waved me aside. "Oh stop freaking out I already knew." I realize that Aubrey told her. "Really? Why didn't you tell me?" "Sorry!" And with that we sat down.

This time me and Aubrey decide to sit together. That's when the friend group shows up. Theo gave me a weird look at me sitting next to Aubrey but didn't question it. In the middle of eating I put my hand on Aubrey's thigh. She doesn't expect it and coughs. I smirk. This girl.

Aubrey's POV:

Finally breakfast is over and we head to Hogsmeade. At first we just go to J. P. Potions because Draco lost some of his stuff but then else went to Zonkos the joke shop. It was actually extremely funny. I laughed really hard. Then we came out and I gave Pansy my phone so she can take pictures of me. Unfortunately she decided to take a pic of me and Mattheo.

It came out blurry but I secretly loved it. Pansy sent it to herself and liked it. This Girl.

After a while everyone decided to leave, but me and Mattheo. Pansy made up a story so the group wouldn't be suspicious. We were finally alone. I looked at him and smiled. He ran up and put me in his arms and kissed me. I pldelt his nice lips smile as we touch. "You look so pretty." He says while kissing me. He sets me down and laughs. "I've been waiting to do that for so long." I chuckle. "We better head back." I say. He nods his head in agreement. Then kisses me on the cheek. "What the fuck!" someone yells. We both look to see Blaise standing there. Oh shit. "Blaise bud calm down." Mattheo says  l while putting a hand behind him to keep me from Blaise. "You just- I-." "I know Blaise but please don't tell anyone." I cry out. He shakes his head. "Theos my best friend. I gotta tell him." And with that he runs off. "Shit." Me and Mattheo say while running after him.

Unfortunately, Blaise was a fast runner and got there before us. "Y'all these two just kissed!" He begins to tell and then we get there out of breath. I look at Pansy for help and she nods. "No they didn't because...uh..Aubrey likes someone else." Blaise shuts her down. "Oh please stop lying. I got it on camera." My eyes widen and I look at Mattheo. "Blaise, give me the phone." "No!" Mattheo begins towards him but I stop him. "No. It'll be okay."

Theo,Enzo, and Draco all day at the same time. "Show me the picture." Blaise hands them the phone and I peep over to see it. Oh fuck.

Theo looks up. "Anything you want to share?" Mattheo looks ashamed. "Well uh-." "Yes." I interrupt. "Mattheo and I are...dating." Enzo shakes his head and Draco says, "Why didn't you just tell us?" I look at them with tears in my eyes. "Because we were embarrassed that you wouldn't like us anymore." Enzo looks in disbelief. "Why wouldn't we like you anymore if half of us get money." Now i'm the confused one. "What." Mattheo says. "Me, Pansy,and Theo bet Blaise and Draco that you guys would get together." Enzo explains. "Really guys?" I say while chuckling. "Yes really now Blaise Draco give me my damn money!"

A few hours later after talking together Theo asks, "Can we see you guys kiss?" Everyone agrees so Mattheo goes across from me and grabs my neck, pulling me in. We kiss and cheers arupted from the couches near us and I have never been happier.
