Chapter One

Maya's Pov
"Is this thing on? Woah that's freaky looking - uhm anyway hello future Na'vi me.. I know you just be very confused and all why you are staring back at a random human.. Well I'll try and make it easier for you. I am you, well the human version of you at least. I've been living on Pandora since I was child with many other human children, I helped around the lab, I was a good person.. But an accident happened that had lead to my death and with a new program they have transferred my memories into a Na'vi body of my own. Your name is Maya and you are seventeen your best friend is Neteyam Sully, and even if I'm not there anymore I miss him greatly please take care of him and even through it seems like it's not your own... Thus you body and this mind is now yours to make more memories goodbye for now.." My large eyes stared at the screen with so much confusion, feeling the rough flick of my ears swiping back in place.

It felt wrong to be looking in the eyes of this beautiful Brown skin human.. That was me, she was so brightly and bubbly and once the screen had blacked out. I was staring at a blue face version of myself large waterfalls of big curls took over my head, it felt foreign sitting here staring at my Na'vi self, watching my tail swing side to side. I stood up in confused, whipping back around I stared at Norm in confusion stammering over my words.

"Is this me..?" I asked in a gentle tone seeing him look back over towards me with a deep head nod and smile.

"Yes Maya..I know it may take some time to get use to but it's you." A huge gulp of air filled my lungs messing with large size mask on my face, before my bigger form was wandering the labs in confusion, when I was outside the lab, the great sight of forests was all I could see. My eyes widen in place at the large sights, it was magnificent, my footsteps echoed across the grass and I was on my a few footsteps out when my body was tackled in a large hug.

A loud hiss of surprise left me once I landed with a hard oof sound, a whine leaving from my lips.

"Maya is that you?! They said there were gonna bring you back to me, look you are the same size as me. I can hug you harder now, I'm so happy look at our hands!" The loud shouting had made my ears flick like mad, watching the boy around my age grabbing at my hand to press over his large palm, he was laughing like a mad man staring back at me tears trickling from his eyes.

"You came back to me Ma Maya." I blinked a couples times, staring at him even more a hard heavy relief washed over my body speaking out towards him.

"Neteyam?" I asked more of a question statement then anything else. He was nodding his head like wild staring down at me, his little braids getting in his face.

"That's me I'm Neteyam. Do you remember what happened to you?" I was still in confusion laying there on the forest ground with the boy on top of me, the scene would be a little awkward for anyone walking around.

"I was a human named Maya.. I died in accident and they put me in my own Na'vi body.. You and I our best friends and they put my human memories here." My words sounded so confused and slurred like they weren't my own, hearing a choked up gasp of a sob leave from the boys lips. He helped me sit up our limbs tangling with one another hugging me tightly.

"Even your hair is the same... Oh thank Great Mother, Maya you are alive I've missed you so." My lanky arms looked around his waist. I was hoping I could get his crying down, feeling my own warmth of tears leaving my large eyes. My hands felt shaky gently holding onto his upper back.

"Hi Neteyam.." Was all I could say with a trembled voice, feeling his hand than move to the back of my head a happy laugh leaving from him.

"Wow bro, dad said not to rush it now you are over here crying like a creep.  She needs to get her memories back." The hug was parted from at the voice teasing towards the two of us, I looked straight back into a set eyes, the name going off in my head like a bomb, a soft smile grew.

"Lo'ak!" I shouted with excitement seeing his own look of happiness.  He dropped down to crouch by me, gently his hand had face palmed me shaking with laughter.

"Don't make it weird bro." I shook with laughter tossing the both of them in a fast hug, getting loud shouts of embarrassment from both brothers.

"Hey hey that's my tail!"
