chapter six the hideout and a new arrival

At the hideout Wendy greeted them as they walked in hey how's it going? Peter asked everything's fine Peter thanks for asking Wendy said I can interduce you to the lost boys if you want would you like that? Peter asked yes please! Yonkter cheered their in the cow cave come on he said grabbing her hand.

She carefully followed Peter out of the hideout and into a dark dome shaped cave with the only light being a small candle hey lost boys i have someone you should meet! Peter called within seconds 12 lost boys darted in they were super rowdy but she didn't care she stood next to Peter like a nut let's give interducons shall we? Peter asked so each of the boys said their names.

First there was nubby then there was esabo after him came rolddy then next came colie then after him came foldo then right after him came Rafoldo then came slightly then came cuddles and after him goodie and right after him came dragon breath then after him came weirdo and lastly there was scream gang.

Yonkter was very happy to be living in neverland that she asked can I fly with a unicorn? I have a better idea you want to help me out with something? Peter asked sure I'd love to yonkter said okay follow me Peter asked so she followed him into a nice constructed stable and yonkter couldn't believe what she was seeing unicorns of all different colors and sizes then as they walked further Peter led her to a large stall with a unicorn laying on it's side.

What's wrong with it Peter? Yonkter asked concerned this is lomma and she's about to deliver her lonx Peter said lonx? Yonkter asked confused a lonx is what we call a baby unicorn Peter explained so what do you need me to do? Yonkter asked go and sit by her head to support and comfort her Peter said and so they set to work Peter sat by her tail to catch the baby and yonkter by her head to keep her calm okay lomma you can do this don't worry your going to be a momma very soon yonkter said softly how's it looking Peter? Yonkter asked good so far the front feet are out when her contractions start again I need her to push as hard as she can Peter said.

Yonkter began giving her cuddles and loving kisses she continued to do so when lomma gave out a loud squeal of pain signaling that her contractions had begun again easy girl it's alright yonkter assured her then lomma began to push harder this time keep it coming girl your doing a great job Peter praised how we doing? Yonkter asked the head's out Peter said then lomma pushed again extremely hard this is the hardest part for her pushing out the shoulders but she can do it Peter said it'll be okay lomma just one more big push and it'll be over i promise yonkter reassured lomma pushed for the final time and she did it baby's out Peter said good girl lomma your a moma yonkter whispered gently.

Come and see Peter said yonkter made her way next to Peter it's so cute welcome to the world little one what's the gender? Yonkter asked it's a boy peter said happily hand me a towel Peter said yonkter nodded and got up to grab a nice blue towel from the back shelf and bring it to Peter alright let's get you nice and clean little one Peter said he opened the towel up and began gently rubbing the lonx clean while he was doing that yonkter got a rag and began cleaning the baby's nose and mouth so it could breathe.

There all clean Peter said the nose and mouth are all clear too yonkter said good now all that's is for him to try and stand and to nurse Peter said pretty soon after his birth the baby is scrambling to his feet and finds lomma's milk this was even better than flying with one yonkter said happily.

Why is that? Peter asked well first I got to help welcome a baby unicorn into the world and second well I did a lot of things for my very first day in neverland but my favorite part of it all was getting to do all those things with you yonkter said well you want to know what my favorite part was? Peter asked what is it? Yonkter asked Peter pulled her close to his chest and said mine was meeting you Peter said softly I love you Peter yonkter said Peter smiled I love you too my precious one Peter said before gently kissing her it's getting late the sun is setting yonkter said laying her head on Peter's shoulder indeed it is should we bunker in for the night? Peter asked yes yonkter said with a tired smile here I'll make it easy for you Peter said he picked her up in his arms and carried her to the bunk that would soon be hers.
