chapter Twenty four it's almost time for the baby's birth

The second half of the 7th month had just ended and they were preparing for the birth of the new baby lomma laid beside them awake ready to wake them up when it was time for yonkter to deliver the unicorn laid with her head gently on yonkter's chest but soon lifted her head alert she could sense it was time.

Lomma stood up and went to Peter she gently nuzzled him until he woke up lomma what is it girl? Peter asked gently stroking her muzzle lomma snorted pawing at the floor then Peter knew exactly what she was telling him it was time Peter went over to yonkter and gently stroked her shoulder until she woke up.

Yonkter woke up in shock it's okay just focus on cuddling lomma Peter said then went to the shelf and grabbed the pixe dust and quickly came back to yonkter and sprinkled the dust on her stomach within minutes the pain was gone then after the pain was gone it was time to push  yonkter relaxed as she hugged lomma then she began to deliver.

Peter gently rubbed her thigh your doing great just relax Peter said as yonkter continued to hug lomma as she gave one final push then it was over it's a lost boy peter said yonkter smiled I'm glad cause I thought of a great name yonkter said well what'd you got in mind? Peter asked i was thinking Granolo was a great fit for him yonkter said well I think it is it's perfect Peter said.

Well I guess we'll keep it then yonkter said yeah I bet cabrenia will be happy to meet him after all that waiting Peter said happily he's going grow into a happy toddler someday yonkter said yeah he definitely will since your already being a great mother Peter said yonkter as she held granolo in her arms for the first time.

Hello my prince yonkter said with a smile then she carefully got to her feet with Peter on her heels ready to head back for feed him? Peter asked yes and perhaps we should get dinner ready when we get back to our bunk yonkter said yeah Peter said then they made their way back to their bunk as soon they walked out of the stable.

Yonkter walked beside Peter carrying granolo in her arms then when they walked into their bunk yonkter called for cabrenia we're back princess! Peter called then pretty soon cabrenia came running from her hammock cabrenia this is granolo yonkter said kneeling beside cabrenia he's your new brother Peter said.

Cabrenia smiled happily and yonkter and Peter both knew she was happy to finally meet her brother i can't believe he's finally here cabrenia said excitingly I know your happy Peter said hugging cabrenia now you'll have to promise me that you'll look out for him when he gets older yonkter said I will mommy cabrenia said okay we'll get dinner set up yonkter said.

Then they both got dinner ready and then cabrenia sat down at the tree table as everyone ate what they wanted then cabrenia ran off to get changed get into her hammock and Peter went to tuck in cabrenia and then he returned afterwards and tucked yonkter in then kissed her goodnight and he also went to bed everyone was asleep within minutes dreaming of the adventures that were waiting for them.
