I am like a kitty cat.
In class, I sit and look this way and that.
I like bells and shiney things.
I can entertain myself with string.
Kitties are sneaky and quite.
If you try to talk to me, I'll stay silent.
But if you need me, I'll be by your side
Until you send me away.
Cats protect their owners from darkness,
I protect my friends from harm.
I know people underestimate me, like they do cats,
And those people are no better than rats.
Kitties stay silent in the shadows,
I stay silent in the corners.
I'll come if you need me,
Just maybe...
