XIII: Only A Fool

They have finally see Y/n face to face once again

"You should go see some therapist for your own good" Jeongyeon said

"Yeah, it hurts us to see our sunshine Y/n depressed" Jihyo said

"I'm all good" Y/n assured

"Who are you fooling? We're your friends, we know you front and back" Nayeon said

"I just need some time and I'll be back on track again, I promise. You guys don't have to worry about me"

"That's what we want to hear, you're right. You're the indestructible Y/n, you have faced a lot of scandals and it'll be a matter of time before you get back!" Chaeyoung said making them laugh

"But in all seriousness, are you okay?" Dahyun asked

"I'd be lying if I said I was but being sad all time isn't my persona, that's why I'm doing all of my best to stand on the bright side"

"And it's making me more motivated to get up again because I have you guys, thank you for always being there for me" Y/n added

"Of course, we love you!" Jihyo said

"Group hug, guys!"

The six of them went for a group hug and Y/n couldn't be more happier now that she have seen her friends again

Meanwhile …

"Sana…"

"I don't know you, go away" Sana coldly said

Mina placed Sana's favorite drink at the table and Sana saw it

"I'm gonna start on cleaning up Y/n's name and I hope you could help me" Mina said, Sana scoffs

"I know you're still mad at me but you're the only one besides Momo and Tzuyu that can help me fix my mistakes"

It went silent for a while, Mina awaits for Sana's response

"What can I do to help Y/n?"

"You'll help me?" Mina asked

"I will but just so you know, it's for Y/n not for you. I'm still mad at you for doing that to her" Sana said

"I know"

"So what do we do?" Sana asked

"We're gonna gather up people that Y/n helped in hoping that they're willing to clean up Y/n's name and convince everyone that she's a good person"

Time skip …

As Mina has class again, she went back to the university and people are looking at her more after what she did. She doesn't mind and only wants to see one person but that person has no way that she'll go back again

She sees Yeji and approached her

"Yeji-ssi" Mina called her

"Your highness"

"You know that what I have said to the public are lies, right? I'm the liar and Y/n is actually a good person" Mina said but Yeji doesn't know what to say, she wants to side with Y/n but she's afraid Mina wouldn't like her answer

"It's alright, you can be honest with me. I'm aware of how much of a bad person am I, I should be the one the world should hate and not her"

"Princess Y/n is a down-to-earth person.." Yeji said

"You're right, that's why I'm asking you a favor. Could you record yourself and tell all of your experiences while working with Y/n?"

"And if that's okay with you, can you gather some people too that Y/n helped? Let's make the world see her how much of a great person she is" Mina added
