Narrators pov

It's been a few days since Amity and Luz Arrived at Etheria they've made friends with all the princesses. Glimmer still slightly didn't trust them.

Amity and Luz have been taken on a few different missions. Luz's palisman finally hatched tho ( I will not be making a chapter ab that. Sorry Luz )

It was a snake-shifter and her name was stringbean. She really helped out Luz in battle.

Amity, Luz, Adora, Bow, And Swift wind where returning from Elberon while filling glimmer in on what happened.

"And then Luz threw fire at the bot" Adora says

" And I kicked it! " Swift wind adds

" then my surge device worked perfectly. It took out all the bots in one go!" Bow beams

" and I kicked it!" Swift wind cheered

" Amazing!, those bots didn't stand a chance against you guys!" Glimmer gushed " I really wish I could've been there" glimmer starts " At least you'll be back soon, right?" Glimmer questions " uhh... soon. Yeah. There's just one more thing we have to take care of." bow replies " yeah, just some really boring wrap-up stuff." Amity adds " The towns ppl love us because we saved Elberon, so they're throwing us a celebratory dinner!" Swift wind beamed
" Swift wind!" Luz shouts

" a Dinner that sounds fun.." glimmer replies

" it's really not a big deal. I beat they do this for everyone" Amity says

" I know your trying to make it not sound like a big deal for me. Go enjoy your victory"  Glimmer insists

" Great, because I am famished. Are we going  now?" Swift wind replies, and a they all give him a shut the hell up look.

" you rlly aren't missing anything. Yk we'll just drop by for a little to be polite and then head home." Bow reassures " yup, I'm sure it'll be super boring. " Luz adds

Bow opens the door to the dining hall and a cannon of confetti goes off. Jump scaring them all.  After that everyone starts cheering

" what's that? What's going on" Glimmer asks
" Nothing. Super boring." Adora lies " Gotta go. Wish u were here!" Bow adds. Swift wind Luz and Amity were still in shock.

There was music,hanging banners, destroyed decorated bots where also there. With confetti. Canons too, it was so festivaly ( idk if that's a word ), cheerful, and bright.  There was also so many ppl like. Like the entire town basically.

" Whoa, it's A party!" Adora says " It's a big party" Amity adds " and it's for us!" Adora replies " it's a big party for us" Luz adds throwing her hands up in the air.

Adora looks at bow concerned " as individuals? Is this Normal? Does this happen often?" Adora questions.

" There you are! Our heroes!" The mayor beams " Oh, we couldn't possibly thank you enough for liberating our town!" She says shaking all of their hands ( yes even swift winds hoof )

" we sorta do this a lot. You rlly, rlly  didn't have to go through all this trouble" Adora says
" well it was supposed to be a small dinner. Yk, quiet meal, but then word got out and suddenly everyone is invited. So here we are!"  The mayor starts " Rowdy, calling attention to ourselves, basically sitting targets."
