(*ੈ✩‧₊˚) HENRY, CHARLOTTE AND I WERE BACK AT HENRY'S PLACE AFTER SCHOOL, playing a fun game of go kart. Both of them were fighting while I was closing in. "here I come !" Henry smugly smiles. "no you don't !" Charlotte argues.
"here I come !" "no you don't !"
"both of you get out of the way ! i'm coming" I sing with a big grin as my car overtakes theirs.
"no you don't !" Both of them yell. "i'm going to get you.." Henry mutters.
The door swings open as Jasper walks in. "hey guys !" Jasper grins. "you gotta check this out!"
"check what out?" I asked with my eyes still glued on the screen. "we're playing a game !" Charlotte yells as Henry tells us to be quiet.
"no problem ! i'll take over your screen." Jasper smiles and pulls a video onto the tv screen.
"woah woah woah !" Henry yells. "hey !" Charlotte groans. "jasper that was very disrespectful, " i frown and folded my arms.
My eyes turned back to the screen seeing the familiar red and blue. Dad's interview?
"just watch the video." Jasper says.
"what video?" Henry asks, putting down his controller. "it's from the news last night. it's called 'Captain Man's big fail'." Jasper spoke.
Charlotte asks Jasper to play the video, intrigued when all of a sudden Henry spoke.
"Hey ! look. my belly button.." really? that's the best distraction he could pull?
"play the video." Charlotte looks away from Henry's odd action. I sighed as the video played.
__ "We're live in Downtown Swellview where the Phone Shark has struck again. This time the Phone shark bit through a dozen people's cellphones then fled the scene once again escaping capture from Captain man." Dad stood there looking visibly uncomfortable. "Captain Man isn't it true that the Phone Shark has been attacking people's phones for over a year now?" "uh yes that's true." "So why don't you catch him?" "Well, Kid Danger and I have been trying." "but you keep failing. Doesn't that bug you?" "Yes." Dad answers exasperatedly. __
Jasper pauses the interview. "i feel bad for Captain Man." Charlotte sighed. "me too..." I agreed.
"it's not Captain Man's fault. he just needs a better sidekick." Jasper says, before taking a gulp of his drink.
Henry looks at Jasper weirdly and said "one more time?"
"just saying i would be way better at catching bad guys than Kid Danger." Jasper shrugs. "you couldn't catch buttwarts !" Henry scoffs. look at who's getting protective over his job.
