( ✩‧₊˚. ) I WALKED OUT OF MY THIRD PERIOD, FEELING EXTREMELY tired. Why does school have to be so tiring, i mean the homework is easy but it takes a lot of effort to sit through everything.. Slamming my locker shut after placing the heavy books i don't need inside. Glancing around, I spotted Henry and Charlotte.
"Hey guys !" I waved at the group.
"Hey Mar." Henry greeted. I walked up between Charlotte and Henry to notice that there's another person standing beside Jasper. Curly orange hair.. interesting..
"Hey Amara! Meet my new friend, Ortho! He's new here." Jasper introduces. "Nice to meet you Ortho." I smiled at the strange kid.
"So what goes on?" I waved my hands around asking.
"Oh, Ortho's asking about the school's water supply and the security cameras." Henry explains. "Hey Ortho! Wanna see my locker?" Jasper beams at his new found friend.
"Yes. Immediately!" Ortho exclaims.
We all moved towards where Jasper's locker was located. "This is where i keep my books, my lunch." Jasper explains. "And this is Captain Man. He came to my birthday party."
"Oh, I know all about Captain Man." Ortho says. "And one day, hopefully, my father will take care of him." He grins creepily.
"What do you mean by that?" Henry questions, raising an eyebrow. "Take care of Captain Man how?" Charlotte adds. "I shouldn't say. We're still in the planning phase." Ortho smiles and walks off.
"Isn't he neat!" Jasper beams closing his locker door. Henry, Charlotte and I shared a look.
✰ a couple hours later- at junk'n'stuff
"Gooch! What happened!" Dad frantically yells as we rush into Junk'N'stuff to see what the emergency was. "Why'd you send us an emergency signal!"
"Look. That's a garbage juicer!" Gooch grins like a child and we turn our attention to the humongous juicer on the counter.
"A garbage juicer?" Dad asks with an 'are you serious right now?' look. "It juices garbage!" Gooch adds excitedly.
"No, really?" I ask, sarcasm spilling out my ears.
"Gooch, i was busy downstairs researching criminals." Dad says frowning and I looked at him confused. "I thought you- Ow!" I glared at him holding my arm where he had pinched.
"Don't say another word muffin." Dad says.
"Watch." Gooch instructs and opens the juicer. He lifts up the bin and dumps all the trash into the juicer. I squint and scrunch up my nose at the sight of the trash. "I dump the garbage into thingy!"
