Walking down the cold streets of Liverpool, you wrapped your coat around you. The winter winds blew straight through you making you shiver.

Even though it was cold, it was a peaceful day. The streets were empty with the odd person going to the shops. That was until you turned the corner.

Further down the street the pavement was covered in young girls screaming and crying. This is strange you thought to your self continuing down the street. You had no other choice considering your house was at the end of it.

Walking through the crowd, you were given dirty looks by the girls. When you were almost at the front one spoke out.

"Who do you think you are pushing in?" She called out gaining everyone's attention.

"I'm not pushing in, I live right there" you informed her pointing to the houses in-front of them.

"Sure you do" she laughed.

Before she could say anymore you continued pushing further. Just when you thought you had made it through the crowd, one of the girls stuck their foot of causing you to fall forward.

It was as if you was falling in slow motion. Your hands went flat out to try and stop your fall. Which failed when your head hit straight into the concrete pavement.

"Love are you okay?" A voice asked beside you.

Slowly you blinked hoping to bring the figure into focus, but it was no use.

"Can you hear me?" He questioned

"Yeah" you mumbled not feeling great.

"Boys I need to borrow one of your cars" he called making your head hurt.

"Shhhh" you whispered pinching your eyes shut.

"I know I'm sorry" he whispered picking you up bridal style and carrying you to the car.

Carefully he placed you into the car making sure your head rested on the window. He climbed into the drivers seat and started the vehicle.

"Can you tell me your name love" he asked starting the car.

"Y/N" you murmured clutching your head.

"Y/N. Like Y/N Y/L/N?" he asked

You nodded wincing as the movement.

"Y/N it's me Ringo" he chuckled not believing this situation.

"I don't know a Ringo" you admitted trying to look at the man.

"Yes you do, you gave me the bloody nickname. But the last few times I saw you, you made a habit of calling me Ritchie" he recalled driving the car.

"Ritchie. Is it really you?" You cried remembering Ringo.

"Yeah love, I'm right here" he assured you reaching over and resting his hand on your thigh.

The drive to the hospital was short and filled with you moaning about how your head hurt. When he pulled into the parking space he came round to your side and helped you out.

You walked towards the doors of the hospital with Ringo's arm around your waist keeping you up. Your head rested on his shoulder with your eyes closed.

"Hi how can I help you?" The woman at the reception desk asked.

"My friend was knocked over and went head first onto the pavement" he informed her before looking at you to make sure you were okay.

"You alright?" He asked looking down at you.

"No" you admitted tears flowing out of your eyes.

The receptionist called a doctor and took you to another room to be check out. They made Ringo wait outside.

"So what happened here?" The doctor asked looking at your head.

"I don't know" you mumbled.

He went outside to get Ringo so he could figure out what happened.

"I think a girl stuck her foot out and Y/N went flying over it. Before I knew it she was face flat on the pavement" Ringo informed the doctor sitting next to you.

"Okay, I think she's alright. She obviously doesn't remember the accident but that's expected. I'm going to prescribe her some strong pain killers and she'll need to rest" he told Ringo writing you a prescription.

"Should she be left alone?" Ringo asked looking towards you who had fallen asleep on the bed.

"No, I would keep an eye on her just incase anything gets worse" the doctor suggested handing Ringo the prescription and the pain killers.

"Thank you" Ringo replied carefully lifting you off the bed and carrying you to the car.

Ringo drove you back to your place where the boys were still there just sat in Johns car.

He parked Paul's car and rummaged through your back to find your house keys. Once he found them he lifted you out of the car and carried you inside with the boys following.

"Is she okay?" George asked

"Yeah she will be, she just needs rest" he told the boys placing your bag down.

"Go home I'll call you guys or something. I need to be here for her" Ringo informed them chucking Paul his keys.

"Ringo you don't even know her!" John cried running his hands down his face.

"I do" Ringo mumbled

"Really, how?" Paul asked.

"She used to be my girlfriend" he admitted laying you down on the sofa.

"Holy shit this is Y/N!" John shouted in a whisper.

Ringo nodded before shoving them out of your house. He walked back towards the front room where you were curled up on the sofa asleep.

He perched himself on the edge of the sofa and ran his hands through your hair.

"Cuddles?" You mumbled half asleep.

He chucked and laid down beside you and wrapped his arms around you.

Finally the two of you were back where you felt content.
