Alex: "So... how was your first day back? Did you get a good schedule?"

Lyla: "It's fine... I was expecting worse!"

Alex: "What's new this year? Did you get to see your "beloved" teacher?"

I throw a pillow at his face, but he ducks just in time.

Alex: "Hey! Watch it!"

Lyla: "To answer your question, yeahhh! He's my teacher again this year!"

Alex: "If only you could see your face... you're pitiful, you poor girl! I mean the guy's nothing special... He looks pretty boring..."

Lyla: "Whatever! He's smart and intriguing! It's enough, at least for me to enjoy his class and not die of absolute boredom! And what about you and this Noemie?"

Alex: "Ugh! Don't talk to me about her! I blew her off two years ago! You should have seen her face then... Covered with acne! And to make matters worse, she had no fashion sense!"

Lyla: "And?"

Alex: "I mean..."

Lyla: "Yeahhh?"

Alex: "She looks like a model now! I didn't see that coming!"

Lyla: "Hahahah! Did you talk to her?"

Alex: "Did I ever! I went all out!"

Lyla: "Hmmm? She must have rejected you... is that it?"

Alex: "Pshhh... She totally snubbed me. She told me that I had my chance, but before I made her feel like a pile of sand not even good enough to be used for a cat litter!"

Lyla: "HAHAHAHAHA!"

Alex: "That's enough, don't make it worse..."

Lyla: "You gotta admit you deserve it, don't you?"

Alex: "Whatever... By the way, your friend Jasmine... she's still single, right? Clement still doesn't know what to do... If he doesn't figure out what he wants, I'm gonna try to make a move on her!"

Lyla: "In your dreams! Do not TOUCH my friend! Don't even think... or dream about it!"

Alex: "Well that's up to her to decide isn't it?"

Lyla: "Listen you little heart-breaker, don't go near her! If I see you hanging around her, brother or not, I'll punch you in the face, just to see if girls will still like you with a messed up face!"

Alex: "Geez, what a violent sister I have!"

Lyla: "Yeah, right! You'll get what you deserve!"

It's my second day at high school and the euphoria of being back to school has already fallen. Luckily Jasmine and Clement are here!

Jasmine: "Lyla, it really is awesome when you show up on time! See, now we can take our time..."

Lyla: "Yeah, yeah, yeah..."

Clement: "Jasmine's right! It's way better this way!"

Lyla: "Oh! You're not gonna start too now, are you?"

Clement: "Hahaha! By the way, how did you do it? Did you fall out of bed? Lyla early... I can't get over it!"

Lyla: "I dunno, I got woken up early and I couldn't go back to sleep... So, I just got up!"
