So Pheobe is a character I completely made up. So of course I found an image of what she would look like, and her outfit. Yes she has a backstory with Jack I'm thinking that she's his little sister, and the favored child so he was jealous of her perfectness and left her to die on the same island he was left on, but of course she survived.
