~ NICK AND CHARLIE ONESHOTS ~

Nick's POV:

My mum and I are almost done putting down plates, filling bowls with candy and chips and moving the couch so that there's place for 6 air beds. My friends and I are having a sleepover at my house. I've been exited the whole entire week. My boyfriend who I've been officially dating for a month is also attending.

"They're gonna be there in an hour right?" My mum asks, wondering how many time we have left. My mum wants to make everything perfect. "Yes, Charlie comes in 15 minutes though. He can help us set up too." My mum nods. "Nice."

15 minutes later I hear the doorbell ring. That must be Charlie. I almost sprint to the door and my mum laughs. "Hi." "Hi." Charlie walks in and hugs me. He walks further into my house and greets my mum. "Wow this is amazing. Have you done this?" My mum laughs from ear to ear. She loves when people like what she does. Especially Charlie. "Yeah, Nick helped a little." Charlie nods his head and looks at me: "impressive." Charlie and my mum have the basic how is school conversation while I'm making tea for me and Charlie. While i give him the tea he sits down around the kitchen island. I sit down next to him and we both drink our tea at the same time.
"Where is Nellie?" Charlie asks looking around. "She is at my grandparents, having 6 kids walking around will never work with a dog." Charlie pouts. "That makes sense but I miss my baby." My mother laughs. "Don't we all."

Me and Charlie decided to go upstairs waiting for our friends. Elle, Tao, Darcy and Tara are coming. Isaac said he is tired. He never really comes to this sort of thing but we always ask.  Me and Tao have been closer since me and Charlie are official and there is no drama. That's why he can hang out with Charlie a bit more, what makes him like me. We only bully each other as a joke now. Charlie lies between my legs resting his head on my chest while we both just scroll trough TikTok. Charlie randomly drops his phone and turns around, facing me. "I was thinking, we are not gonna be alone for 2 whole days so maybe we should spend this time smart." He says with a big smirk on his face, I know what he means. I obviously drop my phone, I'm not missing this. Charlie sits on my lap and moves down until our lips touch. I immediately grab his hair. God I love his hair. It ends up in a make out session that sadly ends quickly as we hear the bell, then we hear our friends talk in the hallway before my mum yells up the stairs: "Nick, Charlie. They're here!!" Charlie groans. "Ugh, not right now." I giggle and Charlie moves from my lap and crawls off my bed. I follow him down the stairs. Elle hugs Charlie. "Hey Char." She says while still hugging him. Everyone is obsessed with Charlie. But I might be just the leader of that club. After she's done with Charlie she comes and hugs me. Elle is a real hugger, just like me. I greet Tao with a handshake that we came up with. I greet Darcy and Tara and welcome them inside. I realize that the last time Tara came over at my house was when we got ready for the dance. The dance where i kissed her. A lot has changed since then. We walk further inside. Elle, Tao and Darcy introduce themselves. "Nick told me a lot about you guys, welcome." When she spots Tara, who is behind everyone, my mum opens her arms. "Heyyy Tara, lovely girl, long time no see." She hugs her dramatically. "You've grown." Tara giggles. "Yeah I did." "You also fell for something better I see." She looks between me and Darcy. "HEY MUM. That's mean." I pout. My mum laughs. "Kidding darling." Everyone laughs and Charlie comes to hug me. "They are so mean to me." I say in a baby voice, saying it just so everyone can hear. "Yeah I knowww." Charlie answers sadly while fixing my hair. Everyone laughs about me acting like a total baby and Charlie taking care of me.

We make our beds ready. We decided that I will sleep in the couch and the rest on the floor on their own mattresses. We spend an hour or more just talking. Doing truth or dare or who's most likely to. We also did an am I gay quiz for fun. I got 70%. "Yes! Nick likes me more than girls!" We all laugh. I seriously love these people. I have never felt so welcome in a friend group. They are supportive of everything I do. I guess I never experienced that in friends. That makes sense when Harry Green is your best friend. the only people I still talk to in my other friend group are: Imogen, Sai, Cristian and Otis. When I came out to them they said that they liked Charlie and that they support me. Then we play monopoly. Charlie is good at this game. He has the most houses, most places and the most money. Tao had a hard time to give that in. Eventually me and Charlie secretly work together to make Tao loose. "Yeah but this is not funny, Nick and Charlie can look at each other and know each others next move. I'm hopeless." Tao says trowing his hands in the air, almost knocking down the board. "Well Tao we are just a match made in heaven, we can do that." I laugh. Charlie thinks we are a match made in heaven!!! I agree, but it's so cute him saying it out loud. Eventually the game ends, Charlie won. Of course he did, he is so smart to be a business man. Elle brought face masks so we end up making on the couch all relaxed. Darcy is Darcy so she can't relax. She makes pictures of Tara in the most weirdest angles. Darcy smirks at her phone, laughing at the amazing job she has done. "So sexy, I should do this professionally." Tara gets up. "Yeah you are really good at embarrassing people. Delete. Them. Now." Tara gets up and tries to steal Darcy's phone. Because of their height difference Tara can't even reach the phone even if she jumps. Darcy hold the phone as high as she can. We all laugh at this. Eventually Darcy gives the phone to Tara and kisses her on the nose. Before it's time to take the masks off we take some silly and cute pictures of us as a group. We post one of the cute ones on our Instagram. We keep the silly ones for ourself. I also take a picture of just Charlie with his face mask on. That one is going as my background.
