Tuesday: The day of the surgery
No one's POV:
It's 7:15 and the alarm on Charlie's nightstand goes off. Nick aggressively hits on the alarm with his hand. "We do need to get out now, Nick." Charlie says laughing at Nick's action. Nick sighs and gets out of bed. Charlie wants to get out of bed too. " no no no, you stay there, you are a patient now today and till you are better." Nick says in a very deep voice and Charlie laughs. Nick takes off Charlie's pajama's and puts on his own sweatpants and Charlie's favorite sweater of him. Charlie doesn't move and just let Nick do everything. Charlie giggles. When Nick has also changed out of his own pajamas his walks back to the bed and swoops Charlie of the bed in bridal style. Charlie just can't stop laughing when Nick is carrying him down the stairs. " Nick I think this is very sweet but I would like to stand on my own feet." They both laugh. " of course patient Spring." Charlie laughs again and kisses Nick's forehead. "Thanks doctor Nelson." then they walk into the living room.

Nick's POV:
I know Charlie will feel nervous so I thought I would tease him a bit. I like taking care of Charlie. He can get dressed on his own of course but I thought this was funny. It did make him smile witch was what i was hoping for. His parents are now running around the living room packing in stuff like Charlie's toothbrush and some clothes. We honestly forgot it yesterday because Charlie was tired. "Charlie do you have anything you want to bring?" His mom asks in a hurried voice. She must be very nervous too. "Like what?" "Like a game or a stuffed animal or something." oh eh no I don't think so I got Nick as teddy bear." "Haha yeah alright." I smile too. "I do think you should bring anything other than me, char" "it would be very boring all those days there." "I think I could bring a book?" "Yeah that's great." I walk upstairs to grab the book Charlie is currently reading from his desk. When I want to walk out of Charlie's room I see Tori standing in the doorway of her room. Honestly that kind of freaked me out, it feels like she comes from nowhere. if I would describe her I would say Wednesday Addams, like from the Addams family. But then without the killing. I think if she would put two braids in they would kinda look like each other. Charlie once asked her if Elle could do braids in here hair. She said no. "Hey Nick" "hey Tori" and then she walks downstairs. I don't know if she likes me but I think she does. If she does she only does it for Charlie. Charlie once asked her what she thinks of me and she just told him "I need to get used to him, your relationship seems pretty serious." I actually don't know what she means by that but I hope it's positive. I also walk down the stairs and I see Tori and Charlie talking. They hug. I have never seen two siblings get along so well. I wish I had that with my brother.

Charlie's POV:
I get woken up by some show from Nick. I thinks he tries to distract me. It worked. But where are so close from getting in the car and I feel like I am about to feel sick. I have everything in my bag but it feels like I'm missing something. I want to text my friends, but they already did.

God, I love my friends. This just helped. Nick sees me reading the texts and smiles. I am in the middle of the car and Nick is left from me and Tori is on the other side. She looks out the window. I lean on Nick's shoulder and I just feel bad for Tori. I grab here hand from her knee and squeeze in it. She looks at me and gives me a quick smile. "Dad can you put on some music." I ask. My dad puts on the most terrible music on and starts to sing with it. in the car ride we talk about vacations and my dad and Nick have a conversation about formule 1. They're both obsessed with it. When I first introduced Nick to them as my boyfriend and Nick told everyone about how much he liked formule 1 my dad literally screamed. Because I am his gay son who doesn't like that at all. My mom and my sister neither. He had no one to share his interest with but there was Nick. He even stared making jokes about how we should split time with Nick between us when he comes over. Direct quote: "if you don't marry him I will." Kind of over the top. but at least they liked him. Although he was immediately banned from sleepovers. My dad is very protective so yeah, no hanky-panky in this house. If I'm totally honest me and Nick have broke that rule, multiple times. We are not like a couple who do it every minute where alone together though. Where normal. At first I was super scared Nick would hate the way I looked. Like my self harm scars and how skinny I was. I was wrong obviously but I still couldn't get those voices out of my head.
