Author 's Pov:

Y/n was doing her work just checking the patients and giving them medicine as there was no appointment she is taken because she have to left Busan in a few days. She know she gonna miss Busan her friends group which she made here before this she hadn't very close friends with her. For her parent's wish she is moving to Seoul. She visits seoul twice a year when her parents anniversary comes and second to visit her older sister grave.

She was still worried about her pendant she tried to find every possible where but couldn't able to, now she lost her hopes to get her pendant back. Soon she will shift seoul maybe her problems can get worse but she will try to adapt as she can't run away from this for her whole life it wasn't easy for her too she got really love ones here let's just see what gonna happen.She got up in her house and take a good shower.

After few days later

Y/n's pov:

Today I'm all ready I'II will pretend like I'm sleeping and I don't nayeon's birthday is tomorrow I wanted to give her surprise because maybe this is my last time to give her present it will not so surprising for me but for her I guess it's her life so I decided to give her that soon a bell heard it must be nayeon in excited I got downstairs and open the door but for my surprise it wasn't nayeon there was rowoon, mingyu and eunbyul too.

Well moon eunbyul is too our group part she is the senior of ours and like older sister to me. She wasn't there with us as yet because she got married and she was in her honeymoon and here I am second oldest of the group didn't married yet. "Are you gonna keep us outside huh" eunbyul said with little pout in her face "no no come inside " i replied to her with smile.

"So when you came unnie from your honeymoon did you enjoy?" I asked to her with tease smile "yesterday well it was you can say not bad but still my husband is too anti romantic, y/n never marry any anti romantic guy" which she replies I can she is kinda regretting but in more unserious way "if you are saying then I won't okay" i smiled to her after that we all discuss what to do.

Eunbyul give me idea that I should try to ignore her and make her sad first I thought what if she will get hurt because she really love to celebrate her birthday and get excited, she likes to get wishes from everyone she really get sad when someone got forgot her birthday but they convince me to do this and make sure she won't get hurt so I try to go with this idea. soon we all heard doorbell it must be nayeon we all look at my each other and nodded they all hide somewhere so that nayeon won't able to get a single doubt that we are planning something for her.

"Y/n why are you looking like you already wake up before I come not looking like daily " I got she is doubting on me I yawn at same time and shook my head as no "it's not like that I just wake up when you ring the bell my mood is not fine today " i told her and try to avoid her whole time after taking shower i told her by myself to sit in my room because everyone was hiding in living room and they have to left before she comes to know.
