"You're too nice for me, I can't be with you, I'll ruin you. I don't want that on my hands." He said quietly, letting my hand go. Stepping back slowly, he looked to the ground, "This is goodbye." And with that, one swift move on his heel and he was walking away from me, away from everything I thought we had. "Please, don't!" I cried, tears forming in my eyes, I blinked them back but they just kept coming, rolling down my cheeks, slipping onto my lips and going into my mouth, salt was evident. My body trembling, I started to chase after him, "Please, don't do this! You won't ruin me!" I yell down the dirt road from my house. Watching him turn around briefly, my breath caught in my throat, "Goodbye Lila."
When he turned back and ran away, I knew it was over. My body going numb from the gusts of wind, I broke down, on my knees begging , crying for him to come back.
"Don't let this be over." I conversed as I hurled over , clenching my chest . Rain began to pour on me as lightning struck the ground making it crash and boom around me.
