The four of them sat on the roof talking. talking about everything that happened in the three years and the new people they've met. hours flew by and before they knew it, it was sunrise.
MILES looked at the time on his phone and let out a small groan. "its 9 already, i should head back. I shared my location with my roommate, if I'm lucky he hasn't called the police yet. probably wondering what I've been doing here for like 6 hours." he chuckled, shoving his phone in his pocket.
PAVITR'S face lit up signaling an idea, usually a bad one, but hopefully not in this case. "Just go back and tell him you'll be gone! We can spend the day together and you can show us around!" he said as he jumped up and looked down at Miles, waiting for a response.
"wait i think he's visiting his parents for the week! i suppose you guys could sleep over but my dorm room is kinda small..." Miles trailed off, looking up to think.
"its fine! i can take the floor or couch, and theres still your roomates bed, he wouldnt mind right? right...?" GWEN asked, streching out the right.
"yuuuuup??" Miles replied in a unsure tone. He squinted his eyes and brought his phone screen closer "not unless they're like spiderman. oh, wait your spiderman." he read the text outloud in a confused tone.
"i'm going to assume he's joking but technicaaallyyy...," hobie shrugged, standing up as well. "eh why not" Gwen agreed, leaving Miles the only one still sitting.
The four pulled their masks down in unison and followed Miles through the city. "theres my brooklyn bridge! its pretty long if you ask me!" Miles called out, turning his head back for a split second to check on the others. he shot a web out to under the bridge and easily swung his way across. the tip of his feet grazed the water leaving long ripples behind for the others to follow.
"Mines way longer! it's like triple the size of this!" Pavitr yelled back, followed by similar remarks from the other two. They finally made it across and began walking through the bustling city.
