IGNORING YOU (JENLISA)

CHAPTER FIVE

Lisa's Pov

"This is bullshit! Napasok tayo ng ganito lang at wala ni isa sa inyo ang nakapansin?! Oh? Ano pang tinatanga nyo kumilos na kayo!!" the man shouted again more angry this time.

I heard many footsteps running to where I was so I run downstairs but they still see me and shoot me. Thanks God I ran before they caught me with their bullets.

"Kill that rat as fast as you can!" another man shouted.

I shoot every man running down the stairs. Ha! Asintado naman pala ko. I'm about to shoot the last man pero biglang nawalan ng bala ang pistol na hawak ko.

I'm about to shoot him using the m16 but someone beats me to do it.

There I saw Taehyung and Mr. Kim with their men scattered around the area.

"Where's Jennie?" Mr. Kim immediately asked.

"She's at the third floor Mr. Kim but there's still a lot of enemy there." I answered calmly.

"You have wounds, let my men take you to the hospital." Mr. Kim suggested but I just shook my head.

"No Mr. Kim, hindi pa tayo sigurado kung ligtas na talaga si Jennie. So just let me." I insist.

"Okay fine. Just guide Taehyung to where Jennie is. Kami ng bahala ng mga tao ko sa mga hangal na kumidnap sa anak ko.  you may go." Mr Kim said and left with his men.

Taehyung and I were side by side in a not so comfortable silence while walking upstairs.

"Thanks for telling this to us. I owe you a lot." Taehyung said sincerely while we shoot some enemies on our way. I sighed.

"Walang dahilan para hindi ko sabihin. Buhay ni Jennie pinag uusapan natin dito Taehyung." I said calmly still clutching my shoulder that have wounds na di pa rin tumitigil sa pag dudugo

"Alright." he said when we reached the floor to where Jennie is, wala na rin akong bala kaya tinapon ko na ang baril na hawak ko.

I keep on walking towards the room that I didn't noticed that two man are already in front of us. Luckily they don't have guns. Pero huli na ng makagawa kami ng aksyon ni Taehyung nang sunggaban kami ng mga ito.

I saw Taehyung used his gun but it only creates a click sounds meaning na wala narin syang bala.

I've got a punched from this small man and I just kicked him on his balls that made him fell on the floor and kicked his face causing him to get unconscious early. I smirked at that. I look at Taehyung to see him having a hard time fighting with the other man.

I immediately help him by kicking the man's waist that made him stumble.

I glanced to see Taehyung's face with some scratches and a busted lips and eyebrows. I sighed.

"Just go check Jennie there, ako nang bahala sa isang to." I said to him and he nodded.

"Be careful." he reminds me and left limping as the man approaching me with a punched but I tackled him down. We're just punching each other for a while now at ramdam na ramdam ko na rin ang pagod at ang pagkamanhid ng kaliwang balikat ko kaya naman naiba ang posisyon namin and now he's on top of me while punching me while all I can do is to covered myself.

He's about to give me a big blow punch when suddenly a gun pointed on his head.

"Subukan mong ituloy at sasabog tong ulo mo." Mr. Kim warned him calmly and command his men to get this man away for being a suspects.

Mr. Kim and his right hand men helped me to stand up.

"I can manage now, thanks Mr. Kim." I said and he gave a small smile with a nod.

We proceeded to the room to see Taehyung hugging Jennie as he comforts her by caressing her back. Looks like Jennie already stopped from crying in fear. She's facing us with her back that's why she didn't noticed our presence yet.

We are just staring at them until they broke the hug and the next scene I saw was the most painful bullet I've got. They kissed in a most passionate way.

I just looked away. Controlling myself not to cry.

I felt a tap on my shoulder to see Mr. Kim smiling softly at me with sympathy in his eyes. We leave the room silently to gave the couple their time.

"Thank you Lisa for saving my daughter into this accident. I almost have a heart attack ng malaman kong nasa panganib ang buhay ng nagiisa kong anak."  Mr. Kim thanked me genuinely.

"It's Jennie, I won't let anyone to hurt her. Not on my watch." I said firmly.

"You love her, do you?" he suddenly said which caught me off guard.

"Why- H-How?" I stuttered. He just chuckled at me.

"Lisa, I'm a powerful businessman like your father. You know I have my own ways. I know that you're pursuing Jennie for how long. I just keep on watching and investigating you, at nakita ko namang sincere at hindi planado ang mga ginagawa mo. But still my daughter ended up with Taehyung. Can you tell me why?" Mr. Kim explained and asked. I sighed and looked through the window to see the moon that shines so bright at the moment.

"You knew your daughter Mr. Kim from the start, hindi nya itataya ang pamilya nyo para lang sakin. The daughter of your biggest competitor." I answered firmly.

"I'm not that kind of a controlling father, na pati love life ng anak nya ay pakikialaman. I'm happy because my daughter was loyal to me but sad at the same time thinking about her feelings for you that she needed to stopped." He said sadly.

"You see Mr. Kim she's happy now. But can I have one favor?" I asked.

"Just say it." he smiles.

"Please don't tell Jennie this thing y-" he cut me off.

"You don't want her to know that you're the one who really save her?" He asked me in disbelief.

"Please sir?" I pleaded. He sighed.

"Fine, but in one condition." he negotiate.

"What is it?" I asked curiously.

"I'm inviting you in a dinner with my family on Saturday. I won't take a 'no' for an answer. That's a deal." He clicked his tongue while smiling at me giddily and command some of his men to help me walking. Aish! Alam ko na kung saan nakuha ni Jennie ang pagiging matigas ang ulo.

"Just take her to our hospital to treat her wounds. Give her a special medical assistant. And thankyou again Lisa." He said one last time watching me walking away with his men. I just gave him a faint smile as a gratitude.

What a great tiring day.
