Later that night, Sehun received a call from one of his brothers that an old enemy had crossed their city's borderline. Feeling agitated, he immediately says that he'll be there and hops off his bed and into the closet, to put a random shirt on. When he walks out of his closet he was surprised to see Krystal half-awake, rubbing her eyes in confusion. "Is there a police drill?" She yawns, probably still thinking that she was at the nightclub. Sehun kneels down to the bed and held her shoulders firmly. "No darling, you're with me now. I need you to listen to me carefully. Something came up and I need to go. Once I leave I need you to lock up the doors and windows. When you're done, lock yourself in the bedroom. If you hear even the slightest sound from outside of this bedroom, don't leave. Call me, arraso?"
Krystal was wide awake right now, and judging by how serious Sehun sounded, this "something" isn't really just a something after all. It might be something much more dangerous. "Promise me you'll come back." She whispers, looking broken. Cupping her face in his hands Sehun presses his lips against her and mutters, "Baby, I'll always come back for you."
Her heart flutters at his reply. "Let me help buckle that for you." She pointed at his pants and he lets her while he fumbles with the buttons on his shirt. "Can you help me with this too?" Mutely, she nods and easily buttoned his shirt up before following him to the front door. With one final kiss on the forehead, he whispers a soft "Take care." And leaves the apartment.
Krystal locks the door shut after that and starts her quest on locking every other windows in the two-storey apartment.
Krystal was still yawning when she went downstairs to double check if the kitchen's windows were shut. That's when she heard some funny noise and her heart starts to accelerates. She knew that something bad was bound to happen. She tip toes into the kitchen as silently as she could, and the color drains from her face when she feels an arm around her neck.
"Move and you'll die."

Sehun groans in annoyance when it was a false alarm. Unlocking his apartment he steps inside, not having a good hunch about this. If it was a false alarm, who had invaded their borderline in the first place? He shuts the door behind him close. He looks around his living room, his brows furrowed. There's something wrong here ... Why is it too quiet? It's dead quiet. He walks pass by the kitchen but halts when he sees what a mess the kitchen was. Shit, Krystal? Holding onto the gun that he had slipped earlier at the back of his pants, a drop of sweat trickled down his forehead when he hears footsteps behind him.
"SEHUN BEHIND YOU!" Krystal pops out of nowhere from behind the kitchen's bar, looking like a mad woman with a knife in one hand.
Sehun's turns around and pulls out his gun, and with a single shot he kills his opponent, when the other's body limply falls onto the ground. Krystal drops the knife onto the ground with horror and started to shake and out of instinct Sehun runs toward her to engulf her in his hug. "Shhh ... It's okay baby, I'm here now ... Sehun's here now ..." Krystal sobs in his arms as he rocked them from side to side and kisses her temple to soothe her.
It was never a false alarm at all.
