From Rishab's POV

I am restarting the story and this time by viewing Rishab's side. I hope I won't disappoint my readers.

"Sir, there is a special update on Laksh--"
One stare from Mr. Bajaj was enough to alert Yash of the mistake he had committed.
"I mean Miss Bajwa."
"Say," he said in his usual deep, hoarse voice while going through one of the files that were piled on his table.
"Actually", Yash thought for a while to arrange the words once again more carefully, "Miss Bajwa has got to know about Mr. Rishi's affair and left the Oberoi Mansion this morning."
"She got to know the truth real quick", he smirked, "Seeing how naive she is, I really thought she would be taking more than a year to see the hints."
Yash stared blankly at the man rocking on his chair. He seemed completely unaffected by the news. Only a few months ago, he was cursing himself for being unable to protect the daughter of the man who had given him this life. Making Rishab believe that the Oberois had actually played with an innocent girl's life, whom they did not even know, based on a superstition. And now he is behaving as if he wasn't affected a bit.
