Spells of Solitude

The worst spell that any wizard could cast upon me,Is myself getting ignored and darkened deep.By those particular ones that I love and adore,I never and ever want them to leave in my sleep.

Alone I stand, with shadows as my only friend,No warmth, no light, just solitude's bitter end. In silence, I drown, consumed by the ache,Longing for warmth, the touch I cannot shake.

Their laughter rings, blissful and carefree,As I fade into shadows, a forgotten plea. They revel in joy, blissfully unaware,Of the void within me, the pain I can't bear.

I'll strive to break free from this desolate state, To rekindle the love, to alter my fate. I'll mend the rift, bridge the divide, With words and actions, I'll turn the tide.

Accepting my destiny, I'll rise above,Spread light through my verses, on wings of love. With these poems, I wish to set new spells,That heals the lonely and wounded souls and sets them free.
