I Was Ringing Up Some Guys Stuff And Bagging Them. I Gave Him His Total And He Swiped His Card.

"Press The X For Credit" I Told Him.

I Didn't Want To Look At Him Because As Soon As He Walked Up I Saw Dreads. Almost Every time I See A Dread Head I Want To Cry, And I See Them All The Damn Time.

"You Have Really Nice Hair" He Said And I Almost Lost My Cool. His Voice. I Quickly Looked Up.

"Que?"

"Oh My God Ming"

"Que!" I Said Loudly And Excitedly.

I Ran Around The Cash Register And Basically Jumped Into His Arms. He Held Me Close To Him And For A Long Time. Tears Cascaded Down My Face.

"What The Hell?!" I Said Pushing Him Away To Look At Him "Where Have You Been, What Happened, Why Did You -"

"Ming Please...Did You Go On Break Yet?"

"No, In An Hour"

"Okay Meet Me Across The Street At Subway So We Can Talk"

"Okay, But Where Are You Going Until Then"

"I Gotta Get These Groceries Home And You Need To Get Back To Work"

I Looked At The Line Forming In My Lane.

"Uh Okay Um I'll See You In An Hour"

I Watched As Que Walked Away And I Got Back To Work Before Anyone Could Complain.

*An Hour Later*

I Asked June If She Would Come With Me And She Agreed. We Walked Across The Street And Into Subway. I Saw Que Sitting Down On His Phone. When He Saw Me He Stood Up And I Hugged Him Again. This Time I Didn't Want To Let Go.

"You've Got A Lot Of Explaining To Do" I Said Sitting Down.

"Wait This Is Jacquees?" June Asked.

"Yeah Que This Is My Best Friend June"

"Best Friend Huh, We Gone Have To Change That" He Said Sitting Back In His Seat.

I Put My Number In And Then We Hugged Before Me And June Left.

After Work I Made It Straight Home And Waited For Que To Call. I Laid On My Bed Just Staring At My Phone.

"Miiing Come Here Dear" Mai Yelled From Downstairs.

I Ran Downstairs To See What She Wanted.

I Looked At Mai Who Seemed Shocked. I Smiled At Her Then Kita And Pia.

I Fell Asleep Waiting On Que To Call. I Woke Up From The Sound Of Buzzing It Was My Phone. I Quickly Answered It.

"Hello" I Said Said Sitting Up.

I Gave Him The Address And Told Him How To Get Here And We Got Off The Phone. I Skipped Downstairs And Mai, Kita And Pia Were Still In The Livingroom.

"Why You Seem So Happy Ming Lynn" Mai Asked Me.

"Mai Jacquees Is Coming Over"

"What. Ming That Boy Is Gone"

"No Mai I Saw Him At Walmart Today And He's Coming Over"

Ten Minutes Of Socializing The Doorbell Rang And I Almost Tripped Running To The Door. When I Opened It I Greeted Que With The Biggest Hug Ever.

Mai Hugged Him Tightly Before Taking A Step Back To Get A Good Look At Him. She Started Speaking Really Fast In Korean.

"Okay Okay Okay Mai, Come On Que We Got A Lot Of Catching Up To Do" I Said As I Pulled Him Towards My Room And Closed The Door Behind Us.
