Ch 5. The Fall of The Jade Emperor

The battle had just begun and Azure was already resorting to the scroll, however, the heavenly armies were told by Nezha that they had the scroll of memory within their possession thanks to Nezha telling them. Having the heavenly armies avoid the pieces of the scroll relatively well, with only a few getting trapped within the scroll, however the bulk of the soldiers where struck down by Azure, Yellow Tusk and Peng.

Nezha was doing the bare minimum to fight them off, while Redson seemed to be fighting against the brotherhood harder, as he had some pent up anger and a slight need to avenge his parents. As more and more of the celestial soldiers where cut down by the brotherhood and by Azure using the scroll to trap any that have been struck down by himself or his brothers.

After a while one by one they began to retreat most screaming with fear as they ran past, the ones who remained was Nezha, Mei, Pigsy, Sandy, Tang and Redson. Nezha, grunted "Stand your ground! We must force them back!" He shouted before activated his fire wheel to get to Azure quickly, and jumped, grunting as he did so and letting out a quick battle cry he fell, forcing his spear towards Azure as if he was ready to do an attack that would be lethal to Azure, if he didn't use his sword to shield himself with it, at first he was surprised by Nezha attack but quickly composed himself as Nezha applied a bit more force on it again grunting as he did so "Azure! End this madness! You can not hope to win!" He boomed as Azure's eyebrows furrowed and gritted his teeth as Nezha spoke to him from above him, he stayed silent for another second before he began to speak "You will delay our victory no longer!" Azure readjusted the position of his sword so he could toss Nezha off of hit, The Lotus Prince went back first into one the pillars that surrounded the Jade Palace.

Redson witnessed to it as almost immediately sprung into action as fire came out of both of his hands and using it to get off the ground and into the air ready to attack "You....! I'll make you pay for this!" He shouted before Azure caught him by his face Redson placed his hands on Azure wrists trying to escape, Azure activated one of the pieces of the scroll, as Redson, Much like his parents turned into an ink like substance, his face turned into one of horror.

Nezha managed to get himself loose from the pillar before hearing Redson shouting "No... No!" Fear laced in his voice as he was sent inside the scroll, Nezha was sadden with his technical nephew being imprisoned in the scroll as he got out the pillar and landed on ground, Mei with her sword instantly when to Azure to attack but she failed, sharing Redson's fate.

Pigsy, Sandy and Tang went over to Nezha, not wanting to get in the imprisoned in the scroll themselves "Give up... You've lost your army, two of your friends. I'll give you one chance to surrender and leave safely." Azure announced to them, showing a shred of mercy to let them escape, after all... Apart from Sandy they were the weaker one of Mk's friends.

"We promised the heavenly armies to stop you reaching the Jade Emperor until the end. We're going to follow through with that!" Pigsy shouted back at them, Azure grunted frustrated "Then so be it!" Azure threw more pieces of the scroll at them in an attempt to trap them in there, but to no succession as Nezha used his powers to break the pieces that Azure sent their way, gripping onto his spear to keep him on his feet "Azure is right... We have lost too many, we must leave." Nezha said trying to convince them to leave the celestial realm, but the were resilient on staying.
