A knock came to Yellow Tusks door. It was Peng, they walked in and went over the the tired elephant, they look worried, and they look scared. "So... You heard that? Right?" Peng asked unsure about it, they had a worried look on their face, Yellow Tusk had the same look on his face.
Yellow Tusk only nodded, "I don't... I don't think Azure wanted him to go." Yellow Tusk then said as he turn to Peng. Peng was quiet for a moment, thinking on what to say next "If that's the case, then the rat is just another prisoner in the scroll?" Peng then asked, despite already knowing the answer, Yellow Tusk nodded again "So what do you purpose we do Yellow Tusk?" Peng asked, they didn't get a response, but after thinking on it for a moment or two, their eyes widened in realisation.
"No!" They protested, not wanting to anger Azure, but also out of their own fear, "We don't have a choice Peng, Nezha wants to return for whatever reason that may be." Yellow Tusk responded. However, his voice was shaking a little, as if he wanted to fulfil Nezha's wishes, but he didn't want to upset Azure at the same time.
Peng knew that Yellow Tusk had grown to care for Nezha, not trusting him completely, but enough to consider the prince as a friend. Sighing Peng then walked over and sat next to Yellow Tusk on his bed, "We'll use it as a last resort in case we everything else we try fails. Deal?" Peng suggest as soon as they sat down, getting a good look to just how exhausted Yellow Tusk is.
"For now... You should sleep, you looking you died." They then said a moment later as with a small grin inn hopes to at least lighten up the current mood.
Yellow Tusk chuckled lightly "Yeah..."He ten replied with a sigh before laying down and almost immediately falling asleep as soon as his body relaxes.
After a moment Peng sighed before looking towards the door.
"Azure, what did you do?" Peng asked himself before walking out of the room and marched towards the throne room.
"Azure, can we talk about something?" Peng asked once they reached there, Azure's darkened eyes seemed to light up once he saw Peng, but shifted to slight concern once he seen Peng's displeased face.
"We heard Nezha screaming, He screamed 'brother' before complete silence. What happened?" Peng asked while crossing their arms, Azure was silent, letting Peng speak, growling slightly once he heard Nezha's name. "Nezha betrayed us! He lied to us! He deserved to be put into the scroll!" Azure yelled, it didn't shock Peng that Nezha double crossed them all, they suspected it after all, they were surprised that Nezha was put in to scroll.
Peng knew that Nezha should be fast enough to have a good chance of escaping. "Did the demon child not get out in time? Did have time to react?" Peng thought, before sighing, but they wanted to try something, "Come on Azure, don't tell me you didn't at least see this coming? Nezha is an agent of the previous celestial host, always was. Always will be." Peng mentioned, in a 'it was obvious' motion. "Don't you think that imprisoning him in the scroll was... Too much? After all, what will he tell those mortals when he returns from the celestial realm." Peng then stated, his facial expressions softening a little.
